I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner. I had the Wisconsin Philly and it was top notch. They had local brews available, I had an IPA from The Brewing Projekt. Everyone else in my group really enjoyed their food as well. There’s an arcade and upstairs dining available as well.

We LOVE 44North! It’s our favorite place in town to go. Our kids just love it here and all their friends and cousins do too! It’s a great place for affordable arcade games, yummy ice cream and great food and drinks. My favorite food to get is the broasted chicken or the boneless wings!! The General Manager Bryce is super nice and always accommodating. It’s also a great place to host parties and meetings. I wish I took pictures of the party room upstairs, we had a great coaches meeting there with 30ish people! Always great service, food and a very clean restaurant.

This was our first time eating at 44 North. The second level, overlooking the amphitheater and the Veteran Park on Memorial Weekend was a really nice feature. This is a great atmosphere in the River Prairie area and being able to have an semi-outdoor dining experience really added to it.

Food was unexceptional but good. Our waiter was new and did a really great job, but the welcome at the host station was less than friendly. We asked about sitting outside and were told that it might rain and the roof leaked. As there was water on the floor inside and it smelled distinctly mildewy, I’m sure that’s true.

Very nice, unique restaurant. Beautiful views of the river in Altoona. Options to sit inside, outside on the deck or outside on the upper deck. Food was good, nice variety of food and drinks. James was a great server both times we visited. He made our visits very enjoyable.

Can’t believe I’ve never been to 44 North before. It…was…awesome! It’s tucked back over by Cowboy Jacks area so it was easily missed by me. The food and drinks were paid for by my gal’s law firm, but the prices weren’t too bad. They even had a little arcade area! Unfortunately my girlfriend said I shouldn’t play the virtual Halo arcade game because “we have Halo at home”. Overall the food was fantastic and the drinks went down smooth like my power steering. I still plan to go back and get a few good rips at the Halo arcade game. I love Halo.

Would give zero stars. Wasn’t busy, sat for 20mins with not a single person to come to our table. 2 managers & 5 waitstaff walked by multiple times while we sat there ready to order without a single interaction. If they were busy I could understand but restaurant was almost empty with many staff. Won’t return.
