If you are in Little Rock, you need to have lunch at 42.

I have eaten here several times. Every single time, without exception, the staff and servers have been incredibly kind, attentive, and friendly. The food is always delicious, nutritious, and made with care. The prices are great. The restaurant itself has a nice ambience with soothing music, an outdoor seating area, and it is always spotless. You will be so happy that you came here for lunch. Shoutout to the staff that have always made my experience here a great time!

When you’re feeling presidential, dine at 42.

Amazing experience and a delicious brunch in Arkansas at The Clinton Center. Before touring the William J. Clinton Library and Museum we enjoyed brunch. Our server was fantastic, he gave us strong recommendations for appetizers and meals.

We had a lovely time with some incredible views of the Arkansas River and the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge.

Restaurant had a dignified feel with down home favorites.

We had brunch today and the weather was perfect so we were able to eat outside. We had the shrimp and grits, salmon salad, and sweet potato fries. The shrimp and grits were excellent. The smoked salmon salad was really good – the waitress asked if I wanted the dressing on the side – I said no but should have said yes. The dressing is good but typically I don’t use much dressing so it was a bit much for me. The sweet potato fries were about the same as other places. We had a sangria that was really good. The atmosphere was excellent and was a great addition to experiencing the library.

Excellent service and delicious food. We were there last Saturday 7/5 for Brunch. Only disappointment was lack of a view given it sits under the library not on top.

I have frequented this restaurant often, I have never ONCE had issues… I went today as a treat from my grandmother and with my best friend and child for my birthday.
Our server was AMAZING! Let me make that point very clear!
Our food came out pretty quickly, my best friend and I both ordered 2 drinks each.
Our first drinks were HEAVILY poured, not measured or anything. Her second drink was so heavy that she couldn’t even finish it. I ordered my second drink and it was DISGUSTING! The only time the general manager came over to our table was when he was dropping off our second drinks. I tried to get his attention to alert him that I couldn’t drink it and was ignored. It was very upsetting to see him touch every table and deliberately ignore ours.
I asked our server if it could be replaced with a different drink and she accommodated me.
Our food was amazing! The only complaint we had was that the chicken for the chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich my grandmother ordered was like rubber, and could not be bitten into.
This isn’t the biggest complaint I have here, but was very upset to learn they no longer do birthday deserts 🙁

Feeling fancy after eating here. Came out on mother’s day weekend for dinner. A tad slow service but they had a huge wedding party so understandable. Our food was delicious. We all tried something different. The mustard maple chicken was really tasty. My mahi mahi fish was a little bland for me. The braised short ribs and salmon were both loved. We ended with key lime and I could have had a few of those. I love key lime. I would recommend. Cool place under the library and you can sit outside and watch the river.

Firstly, our waitress was WONDERFUL. She wa so caring and sweet. I forgot her name but she was so sweet. I asked her what I should try and she recommended the salmon salad and she was right, it was absolutely delicious. She also recommended I believe the cheesecake dessert and again she was right. Soo good. The only think that wasn’t my cup of tea was our appetizer, which was a battered shrimp dish. It was too salty for me. But everything else I tried was amazing

For an upscale restaurant the service was not very good. Some of the food was decent with good taste, but some of the food was very bland. You definitely do not get what you pay for. We arrived on a Saturday night at 6:00 p.m and stayed until around 8 p.m. their were a total of seven customers the whole time we were there. The atmosphere was bland. The best part about the whole experience ia their happy hour, which is amazing, and their drink menu. Sadly to say I was very disappointed in the food and my experience. We ordered the crawfish rice cakes, muscles, ribeye steak, and swordfish. The muscles appetizer was the best of all. I ordered the ribeye steak medium, and it came out rare, full of fat and grissle.

So grateful to find this place today! It’s almost 100 degrees out and with 3 little dogs, this was heaven. They have fans blowing and shade… Lovely view. Brunch was amazing. Had a Smoked Salmon Salad ($16) and Bloody Mary ($6)! Beignets 6 for $6. The guy next to us had an amazing plate of Chicken and Waffles. Excellent service, very friendly and attentive.

Indulge in the ultimate dining experience at this gem, where every meal becomes a cherished memory. Brunch, dinner, or special celebrations – it’s our haven for culinary delight. I celebrated my birthday with 13 friends, and the warmth of Justin, the manager, enveloped us. He orchestrated an evening of pure joy, ushering us into the private dining oasis. Here, we reveled in the intimacy of our gathering, our laughter mingling with the exquisite flavors that graced our plates. While there’s a minimum spend of $600, let me assure you, it’s a mere pittance for the priceless memories, enchanting atmosphere, and impeccable service. This is where celebrations transcend into unforgettable moments
