My friends and I wanted to try something new and one of them found out about this place. Had pretty good rating so we had our hopes up. We got there around 9ish, the restaurant was a bit small but not many people were there. Overall the burger anr fries were really good. The chicken was pretty good but the beef burger my friend had was so juicy and delicious. The fries were really tastey too. Two thumbs up, definitely going to return and highly recommend that you go and try!

Today I tried 418 burgers. The burger itself was pretty good for something quick. The service was terrible. This is my 1st time coming here as soon as I walked in the person up front was on his phone and greeted me. Then I proceeded to ask what do they have and what sauces etc. yes I know there’s a menu but at any restaurant you’re supposed to explain and tell the customer what you have . He just kept pointing up at the menu and not really saying much. I asked for napkins and ketchup I never received. I give this place a 3/10 off the customer service but the burger itself was a 8/10 pretty good.

The staff was kind, the service was very fast. The burger was very tasty and the price is great (10$ for burger + fries). The meat and bun were high quality and the veggies were fresh. While it’s worth it for the price, the burger is pretty small so you’d might want a double, hence the 4 stars and not 5, but the taste is definitely 5 star!

I wanted to try 418 Burgers for quite some time because of so many 5 star reviews it has. I came here with really high expectations that unfortunately were not met. I ordered the large 6 ounce mushroom & Swiss burger with fries. The actual burger was juicy and good, but the bun that accompanied it was extremely small! The burger was hanging out all over the place and ended up becoming a sloppy mess! The extremely small bun couldn’t even hold the mushrooms that topped the burger! All the toppings came out when I’d bite into the burger! If they gave a larger bun for the 6 ounce burger it would of been very good. This burger was supposed to come with caramelized onions, but mine didn’t have any. They barely gave you any mushrooms either. The fries were good, but not great. I can’t understand the rave reviews here.

Was passing though the area and decided to stop based on other reviews. I order the basic Hamburger with French Fries. Honestly the Burger did taste like it was Frozen, there were no juices at all. Was overcooked. My order was $13.00 with a drink and French Fries. The Fries were highly salted, but were ok. The Fountain Drink was flat and not good.When you walk in, you are greeted with stacked tables and chairs. I love to support small business, so would give them another shot..Was not great, but not aweful either. Right down the middle.

How do you have your location say its open 11am-8:30pm Monday – Saturday but I got here at 5:44pm on a Wednesday and you guys have locked doors.

All the food was so delicious burgers, onion rings,fries, the zucchini sticks. Party of 6 and all the burgers were cooked at the exact temperature as ordered. The price is nice too, will definitely be back.

5 Guys has a competitor for more options. Double-fried fries, onion rings, and gourmet burgers. Their sauces are pretty good too.
