First, they add an 18% gratuity to every check!! Don’t be tricked into leaving extra. I’m giving it 3 stars because the burger was really good, but service is slow and Breakfast was close to the worst BW breakfast we’ve ever had. It’s not complimentary as most BW breakfasts are (you can overlook a lot when it’s free). The Eggs and potatoes were just ok, I didn’t finish either. The bacon and pancakes were pretty good. Price was $13 ea. Their coffee is always good. BW in the US has nothing on the breakfasts at the BW in Rome.

Food was cold at both lunch and dinner. Service was slow and unatentive then they automatical tack on 18% for one or more people so that’s everybody. You have to ask them to remove the 18% so you can tip appropriately for the service .

I do not recommend! I got cheeseburger and fries. Cheeseburger smelled funny but I ate it anyway because I was hungry. Fries were Ok. Did not give me any napkins, until he saw me grab a roll of paper towels from behind the bar. Then he grabbed the paper towels and gave me some napkins. No, thank you! Good luck

I am literally stunned by the reviews of this place. You can hear them microwaving your food, it is terrible. The price is astronomical. You would get the same quality of food and drinks at a gas station, and pay less. This restaurant was the worst part of our entire trip. Thankfully we only stayed here one night. Unfortunately we had to eat 2 meals here.
