We love 404 and the staff, they are friendly, ice cream is delicious, and the milk and lemonade are outstanding. All three products are from Homestead Creamery – a Virginia Creamery!
Their coffee is local – Red Rooster!! I am a straight-up black coffee girl, and theirs is GREAT – the regular staff know no matter what time of day it is, if I come in the door it’s a large black coffee for me!!

I love this little hometown café! Everything I’ve tried has been really good, especially the cheese and broccoli soup . They have amazing breakfast items, yummy baked goods, and delicious strawberry Dubai cups. The drive-thru is super convenient especially when I’m trying to get my coffee before work! Always happy when I stop here!

This little café and creamery is an absolute gem! They offer the perfect mix of light lunches, bakery treats, and sweet indulgences. The cinnamon rolls are incredible…..soft, gooey, and clearly made fresh. Breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, and the chicken tacos are amazing!
The bakery case always has something tempting, the ice cream selection has something for everyone, and the fresh-ground coffee really hits the spot. The drive-thru is a huge bonus for busy mornings, but the friendly service makes it worth stopping in too. I’m looking at you Stephen and Myia. A wonderful local place that does everything right. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for the most quaint cafe with the friendliest staff 404 is your place. The homemade pastries and coffee hit the spot each morning. I can’t get enough of the lunches. The rotating menu keep the selections fresh and I never get bored. I look forward to my daily drive through each day. It’s the perfect place in the summer to grab a bite and a show on the weekends. It gives small town summer vibes.

Delicious ice cream with very helpful and lovely staff. The Spiced Chai is so rich and creamy too! Definitely worth the stop! Love that they’re open late, going to make this a regular stop after coming home from Norton!

Drove up here from Kentucky a week ago. Stopped at this very cute cafe. Only issue was this location was closed for a party. The drive-through was open, but staff barely had a menu so we had to ask a lot of questions about their drinks/food. Cell service was bad so we couldn’t load the menu from FB. After we left we rechecked the menu online, we couldn’t find one. The Carmel latte was good though.

We went to 404 Cafe & Creamery which came highly recommended from the staff at our ASP center. The 404 staff were given a heads up that our large ASP group would be showing up this evening. Our group showed up with close to one hundred people and the staff at 404 quickly and efficiently took our orders and provided delicious milk shakes and hand dipped ice cream in what seemed to be under 20 min for everyone. I highly recommend going to 404 Cafe & Creamery.
