Excellent evening w outstanding food, great service and nice atmosphere. Was seated next to a very loud group and when we requested to move, they were v accommodating. Glad we stayed instead of leaving as we really enjoyed it all. Surprised how good the $9 Spanish cava and highly recommend the the scallops, beef tartare and arancini!

40 Love is one of the best new restaurants in Old Town Scottsdale! This restaurant replaced a very famous bar in the past and this concept is truly awesome.
My wife and I came for a date night which was perfect for us and got a mix of steak, pasta, and appetizers which were all delicious. Many other restaurants appear to be the same in Scottsdale, but not 40 Love which stands out among a competitive list of date night restaurants to choose from.
My only small critique is that the place is a bit smaller on the inside (patio is huge though), so I highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time because the bar seating is also reservations only which is different than other places. If you want a restaurant with a creative menu and an intimate yet fun atmosphere, then I highly recommend this place!

Where do I start? Kyle and Mike have put together an amazing business concept . The restaurant has literally the best food I’ve ever eaten. It’s very rare that you could go to a restaurant and everything from the appetizers to the main course to the sides are all so good , so much flavor definitely will be back. Our server Chris so knowledgeable went above and beyond with his service and expertise and kindness. I recommend the chili and Seabass with brussels sprouts and the cornbread. Do not forget the cornbread.

I absolutely love this new restaurant in Scottsdale! My friends and I had: caviar waffles, meatballs, steak, brown sugar potatoes, red potatoes, pasta, ceaser salad, oysters and drinks. Everything was soooo good. I also love the music!!! This is one of the best places for music and dinner I’ve ever been to and I’ve traveled all over the world. I feel like everyone should come here when you come to Scottsdale… if not, you’re missing out big time!! I’ll be back in a few months!

We started with the burrata and pull-apart brioche. The burrata was incredibly fresh, and the mango really hit the spot. The brioche was soft and warm, and the honey butter was honestly to die for.
Next up was the snake river filet mignon made medium rare and paired with broccolini and asparagus—and no exaggeration, it was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. This place deserves way more recognition; easily the best food I’ve had in the last 10 years.
Shoutout to Amber, our server—an absolute doll who knew the menu inside and out. I will be coming back.

First time stopping in and highly highly recommend! The burrata was delicious and The wagyu was next level – one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. Beats bourbon and bones in terms of quality and taste! Our server (Amber) was incredible. Super attentive, we never had an empty drink and she’s very knowledgeable on the menu and gave great suggestions. We will be back very soon!!

Made a reservation a month in advance for the atmosphere and was dumped into a private side room at a corner table instead. A giant TV playing sports, no music, and a completely different decor destroyed the vibe.
Food and service were fine, but the seating ruined the night. If ambiance is what you’re paying for here, don’t expect to get it.
