Stopped by 40 Flavors for a quick takeout order and went with the 10-piece hot garlic wings combo. Here’s the breakdown:
Chicken & Sauce :
The wings were cooked just enough — next to no crispy outside, juicy inside, no overdone dryness. The hot garlic sauce was on point: bold, garlicky heat with a sticky glaze that coated every bite. Easily the highlight.
Fries:
Tasty, well-seasoned, but nothing mind-blowing. Could’ve been hotter/fresher — felt like they sat a minute too long. Still solid, just not standout.
Customer Service:
No complaints. Order was ready fast, staff was polite. Nothing extravagant, but no attitude either — exactly what you want from a wing spot.
Presentation:
Standard takeout box. Wings looked appetizing, fries in a separate container. Functional, not fancy.
Price:
Not the best value. For a 10-piece combo, I expected either more wings or better sides. It’s not overpriced, but you’re paying for the flavor more than the portion.
Ambiance (Takeout POV):
Didn’t dine in, but the vibe from the counter? “Ghetto fabulous” — neon signs, loud music, local energy. Not your polished wing chain aesthetic. Adds character, but won’t feel like a “chicken wing spot” if that’s what you’re craving.
Verdict:
I’ll be back — the hot garlic wings are legit, and when that craving hits, they’ll deliver. But with better value and fries elsewhere, this isn’t my first or second choice.
⭐⭐⭐⭐ / 5 — because the chicken isn’t just straight fried(seems boiled then flash fried), and that sauce? Worth the trip.
This was my first visit to 40 Flavors Wings & More, and I was blown away. The restaurant may be small and quaint, but it delivers big flavor and style the moment you walk in. The glam chic décor sets the vibe just right.
Our waitress, Sisi, was amazing—friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of. Now let’s talk about the wings: over 40 flavors to choose from! It was tough picking just two, but I went with the Hennessy and Peach Mango—both were absolutely delicious.
The music and overall vibe? On point. You’d swear there was a live DJ, but it’s just an incredibly well-curated playlist that keeps the energy flowing.
If you’re in the area, definitely stop by 40 Flavors Wings & More. You won’t be disappointed.
Highly Recommend! 4.5 Stars
The only reason I’m knocking off half a star is because of the high pricing. The food is excellent, but it’s definitely on the pricier side.
The bigger issue though is the dining experience. The tables are covered with these weird suede-like stretchy cloths that clearly can’t be wiped clean. You can literally see grease stains, fingerprints, and leftover grime from previous customers. It felt unsanitary and honestly pretty gross to sit there and eat.
If you’re going to try this place, I’d recommend takeout only. The food’s okay, but the dine-in setup seriously needs attention.
For 25 wings, two orders of fries, two sodas. Our bill was a little over $60 with 20% tip.
The service? Fast, friendly, zero attitude. The kind of spot where you instantly feel like you found a hidden gem. Portions were huge too you definitely get your money’s worth.
If you like wings even a little, you’re gonna lose your mind here. If you already love wings, this place might ruin every other restaurant for you. Easily a 10/10.
Prices are great, staff was helpful.
We’ll be back if and when in the area.
Good luck T, hope you have many happy years in business. One Love .
