If you’re looking for the best pho in Kitsap County, it’s at Four Sisters Pho. Truly. I ordered the tofu veggie pho and the broth alone deserves its own review — deeply flavorful, comforting, and perfectly balanced without being heavy.
And the vegetables? This wasn’t the usual sparse handful. My bowl was absolutely brimming with bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, green peas, cauliflower, red and green cabbage, and green onion. It felt generous, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The tofu held up beautifully in the broth.
The space itself is small and cozy, divided by a pony wall that creates a more intimate feel. I especially appreciated the dedicated solo dining spots — such a simple but intentional touch that made eating alone feel comfortable.
The Thai tea was perfectly balanced (not overly sweet!) and came in the cutest reusable take-home cup.
I’ve tried other pho spots in the area, and nothing compares to the quality, portion size, and overall experience here. This is the one.

Always been a favorite but havent gotten around to posting until today! I tried a beef version of my favorite vermicelli bowl. It was Amazing as per usual! The staff has always been warm and welcoming and attentive I never feel weird eating alone.

We love the food, it’s so delicious. I was going to give 5 star until I saw the e-receipt. We didn’t know the second pho container cost $1 dollar. We would totally pay for it, it makes sense, and I agree with it. However the staff who served us didn’t inform us this. I thought we should be informed. Again, if he informs us, we would happily pay for it, but he didn’t. That’s why it’s only 4 star. We would go back again for the delicious food for sure!

I came in planning to order pho, but after asking for a recommendation the server highly recommended the bún bò Huế—and I’m so glad I listened. The broth was incredibly flavorful, rich with just the right amount of spice and depth. It had that perfect balance of savory and aromatic that makes you want to keep sipping even after the noodles are gone. Definitely coming back to try more dishes, but the bún bò Huế might already be my favorite.
The noodles were a bit thinner than what I usually expect with bún bò Huế, but they still held up really well and soaked up the broth nicely. The texture was spot on, and everything came together beautifully. I’m definitely planning to come back the next time I’m in town.

Yum yum yum! The best pho I’ve ever had. The broth is so flavorful and delicious you don’t need the oyster sauce or the sriracha at all. The large is HUGE! Will be returning!

Best pho place in town. Wonderful, happy staff that are proud of their workplace and kind to their customers. Soup is rich and flavorful even before you add your dressings. Bahn mi doesn’t fall apart, delicious, and gets you absolutely full. In addition to these foods the spring rolls are by far the best I had in my life! Fresh, juicy crunch from the veggies and meat and 1 spring roll is enough to get you halfway full. Truly a master of the craft. Whoever is making the spring rolls i hope your head is resting on the coolest pillow. Absolutely delicious!

Lived in Bremerton 20 years, and everytime we crave Pho this place is closed! (Sundays) we finally got around to trying it today. We ordered the garlic parm wings for an app (10/10 on taste and crunch). I got chicken pad thai (10/10 on spice, flavor, and the portion is huge) and my partner got Pho, he really enjoyed it. Large portion, lots of meat, and the broth is not overly sweet, good balance of sweet and savory (I had a taste) it was fairly busy but we got served fast! My only complaint would be the parking lot is a bit tight and busy, but would definitely come again.

Both times o ordered from here, the grilled chicken was extremely dry. It’s like they took precooked frozen grilled chicken and microwaved it before serving it. Won’t be returning
