This place has to be the best place to get desert in town. The Ice Cream is top notch, best in the whole of North East Iowa. Some people claim that the staff is rude, but I haven’t seen it. The staff has always been friendly but they also wont take abuse, and I respect that. My only qualm is that they’re not open all year round! But if you’re here in the middle of the year, absolutely stop by and pick up a cone. You won’t regret it.

Love getting ice cream at both the Waterloo and Waverly locations. The servers were very nice and gave some good tips on what to order. I ordered the snowstorm with cookie dough and it was very good. The kids always have cones and they enjoy them every time. Good place to stop with the family if your after a cold treat.

Stopped in to check out the new 4 Queens Ice cream shop. The place is beautiful inside. Dining inside and outside plus a drive thru. This is also a historic site that used to be a train depot. Great service, fast and absolutely amazing icecream. The monster cookie snowstorm is awesome!!!!! The caramel apple sundae was way good. Endless options for flavors! Enjoy!!!

For background info, I am a traveling healthcare professional. When we go to new places for contract we like to go to local places rather than chains. Most of the time it’s great. The staff here has to be some of the rudest people we’ve come across. They got the order wrong but shut the window and walked off as soon as I got the order. Didn’t catch their name but the guy at the window seriously acted like it was a bother for us to come there. The ice cream that we tried was fine, but will opt to just go to Dairy Queen for the remainder of this contract. Definitely the worst place I’ve ever stopped as far as customer service is concerned since I’ve been traveling. I’d try a different location or go to DQ.

Last time I came here, the service was so bad! The person who was working, never said “hi”, or ” how can I help you “. She just stood there and glared at me until I said something. Then she made my stuff and walked off to talk to her work friends and went back on her phone. I work in customer service and I understand that customers could be rude and mean. But I did not do anything. I will not come back here, and tell these workers can learn polite words, I will not come back. Ceder Falls 4 queens is better!

Avoid dip cones. Your kids will need a bath afterwards. They melt through the shell before they even reach the customer. 2 minutes later on a cool night, see pic below. A bench by the river would be awesome. Love the different flavor options for cones.

Went through drive up ordered a quart of chocolate vanilla twist and a banana pudding snowstorm. I am staying in Clarksville and just happened to look in the bag when I was already almost to Clarksville and there was on the quart of ice cream in the bag. So I call them and they proceeded to tell me that yep the banana snowstorm is sitting right here. They told me that I told them I didn’t want the snowstorm in the same sack as the quart. No never said no such thing. So I go back to get my snowstorm and told them they was going to make me a new one. Which they did she gives it to and no sorry no thank you have a good night nothing. Sorry but I doubt very much I will come back to this store. They need to work on customer service. It wasn’t my fault you guys messed up on my order. Anyways have a good night

I love this place and it’s because of the ice cream obviously buy also the price. Think dairy queen but better. The people are nice and the service is quick. I bought a quart of soft serve with blueberry, it was to die for. My other half gets there landslides, she gets everything in it and loves it. A plus, would recommend.

First time ever stopping by 4 Queens. I’ve heard many great things about it theblast 2.5 years, we bought a small snowstorm with strawberry & cheese cake pieces. It’s outstanding! Definitely worth the hype, will be coming back.
