After a single visit I can tell you I got more bang for my buck here than I expected to. My brother has lived in the area near this place for years, but he always had an excuse prepared for why he wouldn’t go. I was getting sick of his gaslighting, and I told him that if he wasn’t satisfied, then I would never recommend another restaurant again for as long as I live. I always had this belief that the food would be great just looking at their menu, but my brother has always been a picky eater, so I knew I had my work cut out for me. We walked in, ordered our food, and in a few minutes we were out the door with our orders of delicious fried fish and fries. We returned home, and without delay, sat down to eat. It didn’t take long for my brother to capitulate. He kicked himself for being so stubborn, and not coming here sooner. We are both very satisfied customers, and we will be coming back to order again in the near future.
The service was fast. The food was excellent. The prices were more than fair. I didn’t realize that I had ordered enough for three meals for myself. I am so used to paying twenty bucks for fast food these days just to feed myself once. I ordered six pieces of catfish, and had enough food to eat at lunch, dinner, and breakfast. All for twenty bucks. You can’t beat that.

The gentleman at the front counter was very nice. He was informative of all the food choices and sauces. It was my first time there and he helped me to make my selections. Everything I ordered was delicious, even my children enjoyed it and they are picky eaters. I will definitely be a returning customer.

This the best place in Grand Rapids to get chicken tenders. The services is great. They great you when you walk through the door, they answer all any questions you have. They were really nice to my kids. If you haven’t eaten here you are missing out, go give them a try.

Great food, nice and local. Chicken is super crispy just how I like it. Flavor is great, fries are sub par but theres usually plenty of them so that makes up for it. Parking lot is super tight, so you might have to get creative with the parking. Food takes like 15-20 minutes to cook, so ordering ahead on their website is the best way to do it.

The only issue is I thought the barbecue came on the side not on top of the wings. Husband likes everything on the side. Daughter and I were very happy lots of good chicken done right. Cooked in fresh grease hot food cooked to perfection and packed properly !

Been looking for a chicken and fish restaurant and I’ll tell you what. This has been the best place I’ve been to. Best chicken and fish. Catfish and perch delicious. Flavors and seasoning is wonderful. Been here 6 days in row and it gets better. And for what you get served is amazing. The portions match the price. I’ll recommend this place to anyone. Did I mention the size of chicken tenders and fish you get. Omg like wow. Hands down most delicious food in town.
