This veteran-owned local gem completely blew us away today. The brisket was perfectly smoked – tender, juicy, and packed with flavor in every bite. You can truly taste the care and craft that goes into it.

My sister actually found 3volution on google while we were driving through Kentucky headed to Georgia. We wanted some bbq, and we came here based off reviews. We didn’t want to dine in because we had a lengthy drive so this placed was fitting for our needs since it’s drive thru only.
The service was fast and friendly. I believe we met the owner, he served us and he was so pleasant and he expressed his gratitude that we were customers. I got the chicken, baked beans and deviled eggs. The chicken was smoked to perfection. It literally was so tender and moist. I just wish it had more flavor.
The baked beans were good, but I think they had sausages in them and I don’t eat pork so I couldn’t fully enjoy them. I wasn’t really a fan of the eggs, but that’s just my taste buds.
My meal was actually extremely affordable, I got 8 whole wings and two sides for $16! I couldn’t believe it when he told me the price.
I think he was sold out of certain sides, we didn’t have many to choose from. Either way it’s worth a try if you’re in the mood for bbq. Small menu, but great service and quality.

If you haven’t tried 3volution BBQ yet, it is an absolute MUST for the new year! We have LOVED everything we’ve tried so far – we’ve tried smoked prime rib, brisket, brisket candy, brisket chili, mac-n-cheese, potato salad and the corn muffins, and everything left us craving more. In a day and time of what feels like mass production, small businesses like this are THE best thing and deserve our support. Give your taste buds a treat and enjoy some 3volution BBQ!

10/10 recommend for delicious BBQ! The brisket was phenomenal! The baked beans, a little spicy but packed with so much flavor! Sausage was also great! The owner is a one man show and he is killing it! So thankful for a new found local spot! Can’t wait to try so much more from here! His customer service is also outstanding!
