Got here at 3:45 on a sunday. Closed. No sign explanong an early close today, and no update to google. Its not a holiday. Very disappointed because my time was wasted driving here.

Thank you for now updating your correct situation AFTER reading my review. If you or anyone would like to test my honesty please refer to the google screenshots with time shown in the other review. You can also check the previous reviews i have made in my profile and see that i love making more positive reviews than negative. Unfortunately this wasn’t a positive, and seeing how it was handled, i will NOT be removing it.

I had such a wonderful experience at Three Natives! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, making it the perfect place to unwind.
And the Açaí Bowl? Hands down the best Açaí Bowl I’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Everything about this place screams quality: raw, natural, and fresh, just like they promise. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

Can’t even believe I’m writing a review like this. Especially because this was and I emphasize the word was my daughter‘s place of employment. First and foremost, her manager is obviously very inexperienced because the way she handles her employees is horrific. My wife decided to come in with my son to get a Nutella sandwich which was paid for and we are now PAYING CUSTOMERS and decided because it was slow and there was no other customers in the waiting room at the time and my daughter was about to get off of work to leave my son to eat a sandwich with my daughter at work again waiting on no one cause no one was there while she ran to the store next door really quick. The manager then decided to check the cameras and saw my daughter sitting down for a brief second after bringing him his sandwich so he can eat it and tell her how it was. As this is happening, the manager called the other employee working and verbally screamed so loud that she was heard from where my daughter was sitting at the table with my son. Now I don’t know about anybody reading this right now, but I love a family establishment. I love a small business and I love how employees can treat customers like family and be able to take a little bit of time out to make sure they’re enjoying their meal and ensuring that everything is OK. But obviously the manager here wants none of the sorts. I have been a manager for a very long time. And she has broken every role of management, and I will make sure I no longer refer anyone to this establishment and more importantly making sure my daughter is not associated with this place!! I really hope this review reaches as high up as it goes and understand that you lost an absolute amazing employee because of a manager‘s big mouth. This manager NEEDS to go!
Ok so in respons your “employee” was right about to get off of work and literally sat down for a second with her younger brother. Now, please tell me are your employees and company policy not supposed to sit down at all. And if that’s the case, why do your employees do that all the time anyway. Secondly, to address how the manager or the owner dealt with this situation was unprofessional and judging by most of what I’ve heard from others this person has a big problem with her mouth and how she handles different situations. So a follow up question would be is it also part of your employee handbook to treat your employees with disrespect, and instead of addressing the situation privately and professionally you decided to do it publicly! I have been in business for A very long time and I know family always comes first. If my son loves your food so much and my wife felt comfortable going right next door for a brief second while my daughter was getting off of work. She wasn’t watching as in actively babysitting her little brother. He was eating a sandwich that we paid for and tipped for your behavior and how you handle this situation is unacceptable. And any human being Is going to read what I wrote versus your response and realize your no different than any other major corporation out there!! trust me people there are many many many other way better places to go! And a word of the wise avoid anything with chicken!
