Generally breakfast is the only meal that might be worth getting. Routinely run out of scrambled eggs, potatoes and bacon, 10-20 minute wait time on a regular day, closes during most 4-day weekends. Selection of food, including past the main serve line, is always near-identical. The service is fine but they are clearly not equipped to serve the entire post themself. They also have a D sanitation rating so that’s reassuring

Saddened by the fact that so many ICE complaints have gone ignored, I’m turning to a public forum.

Marne Bistro is the most glaring example of Ft. Stewart’s inadequate facilities and disregard for soldier’s comfort, time, and money.

The fact that wait times cause soldiers to be late for formations, lines wrap around the outside of the building, and that only half of the building is operational is deplorable. Beyond that, there is no way to justify the quality and serving size of the food pictured for $330/month. You are exploiting soldiers. This is borderline theft.

Your soldiers are hungry. You are failing them at the most basic level and you should be ashamed.

Respectfully,

An unparalleled fine dining experience. The divine ecstasy I felt upon the first bite entering me was other-worldly. I would give it five stars but I had to eat at a modified position of attention.

We were here for vacation and decided to have breakfast as retirees. DFAC did not disappoint. The soldiers and civilians customer service were A+. Very polite and courteous. The food was delicious. The place was constantly being cleaned.

Something I like about this defac is that they allow you to eat how you want. I eat minimal carbs. Marne allows you to get more than one protein, where Spartan does not. They also don’t make you feel bad about asking for the chicken and the fish. Still not worth $382 a month, but better than most. Also I’ve only ever come here for lunch

I can taste that they actually spent time and effort to make the food delicious.

If you don’t have a car, the walk can be up to 30 minutes, and then you get to wait 20 minutes for a small slab of some overly salted what I hope is meat, with a side of bland tasteless potatoes, and a pinch of hard vegetables. The drinks are watered down, there’s only two options if you’re lucky, and no other extras available

Nothing but the best from 3rd ID

Previous evening, ate dinner and lunch at this DFAC. Was too sick to make it to breakfast, vomited lunch. Classic food poisoning symptoms

It’s literally been closed for 2 years. Soldiers gotta go halfway across post to stand in line at one dfac. Super inconvenient if you only get an hour after pt.
