Ordered food online, it said food will be ready in 20 min. I went over there 27min later and they told me they didn’t make it because it wasn’t lunch time. Why have it as an online option then? At least call and let me know so that I don’t have to drive over there. Then I was told I have to wait 15 more minutes before they can start making it. Not a good experience.

This was just purchased by new owner, and things changed quickly from really good to me. Portions reduced by 1/2, but taste and quality dropped. I usually have the same thing each week, and the black beans and to ice has turned into a blob of dry, unflavored, glob. Really hard to eat. The cod portion went from a full sized piece, to two strips of fish. Really disappointing changes. I work in the building, and do have another choice that is actually a bit less expensive. My typical cost is $17.50 with soda.

This is a sister restaurant to the one in old Suntrust Building, easy location and easy street parking, quick walk to entrance on Livingston Street behind DoveCote in the old Bank of America Building.

This is the 2nd location for Latin Square. I have been a fan of them from the original! I used to wait in lunch lines out the door at the first location. The restaurant is small but clean and friendly. They have some small tables for seating, adequate for 2. The Pork is always my favorite! The garlic sauce is also a must (though they have hot sauce and a couple other options too.)

FINALLY!!! The taste of authentic I’ve been craving. The Cubano, Black Beans and Yellow Rice nicely seasoned with soft and freshly baked cuban bread. Downtown Orlando’s true hidden . Ventured over here after the Memorial on today.
