Have eaten here numerous times and have enjoyed it everytime. Sometimes the music is too loud to be able to talk and some times its so hot in there but its been enjoyable. Have ordered the shrimp. Wedge salad which has a kick, found out its the dressing, have had the burger, short rib is a go to always yummy.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the food. My girlfriend ordered a Caesar salad, but it came with way too much dressing, and she barely ate it.
For the main course, she had roasted chicken with mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes had chunks in them and the texture was odd—not smooth at all. The flavor wasn’t good either.
I had a similar experience with my dish. It also came with mashed potatoes, and they had the same strange texture and weren’t hot when served.
I also ordered a side of kale, but it tasted sour and was very watery, which made it unpleasant.
Overall, we had a good time thanks to the atmosphere and drinks. We might come back for a drink, but definitely not for the food.
Our server, Mike, provided outstanding service—always attentive and friendly, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. His knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations truly enhanced our meal.
Now, let’s talk about the food—it was simply outstanding! I was thrilled to find a restaurant that serves gluten-free options without sacrificing taste. My husband, who isn’t gluten-free, couldn’t even tell the difference. Each dish was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.
The highlight of the evening was meeting Chef Liv after dinner. Her genuine warmth and passion for food were evident, and it was a wonderful way to cap off our meal. Everything about our visit was wonderful, and I couldn’t have asked for a better dining experience. I would highly recommend 374 Kitchen and Cocktails to anyone looking for a delightful meal in a welcoming atmosphere. We can’t wait to come back!
I started with the deviled eggs, which were anything but ordinary. The yolk filling was silky and seasoned perfectly, topped with crispy shallots and fresh chives that added texture and depth. Each bite was creamy, crunchy, and slightly smoky … easily one of the best takes on deviled eggs I’ve had.
The Arnold Palmer was the perfect companion to the meal. Served over ice in a cut-crystal glass, the mix of tart lemonade and smooth iced tea was refreshing and not overly sweet. Simple, classic, and exactly what you want when pairing with bold, savory dishes.
For mains, the hot dog with fries reminded me why simple food can be the most satisfying. The toasted roll and the snap of the grilled dog showed care in preparation, while the fries were crisp, golden, and seasoned just right.
The buffalo wings rounded out the table. Coated in a bright, tangy sauce with just enough heat, they came with fresh celery and a creamy dipping sauce that kept things traditional while still feeling elevated.
Overall, 374 Kitchen nails the balance between casual dining and refined flavor. It’s the kind of place where you can kick back with comfort food but also appreciate the craft that goes into every plate. Whether you’re a local or just passing through Niantic, this spot deserves a visit.
Must-try: Deviled eggs & Arnold Palmer combo!!!
Highly recommend the fried Mozz sticks and pork belly.
Drinks were great – we got the adult Capri Sun and an amazing mocktail.
