365 Café was excellent! I tried the passion fruit and coconut flavors, and both were delicious—super fresh and full of flavor. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area to try more of their options.

We came to the 365 Cafe specifically for the gelato shakes. They are pricey, but worth it. You can sample the different flavors before making your decision. We opted for a mint shake with whipped cream and a Bailey’s flavored shake. Both were delicious. Everything is made to order, so it’s slow, but not terrible. The up-charge for a spritz of whipped cream ($1) was a bit steep as these shakes are already expensive and it was such a small amount of whipped cream, but it is what it is. They also have a nice selection of lactose free flavors. We opted to consume our shakes on the outdoor patio seats.

Saturday morning went with my partner to this place. I ordered a zucchini crepe and he ordered the Nutella strawberry crepe and two cappuccino $51.00. Super expensive. the strawberry Nutella crepe was alright and two cappuccinos were cold. The zucchini crepe the first bite was so smelly like eggs and a weird tangy smell I gagged. And set it aside. When my partner told the lady( very friendly barista) that something was off about this plate and it smelled. You know just constrictive criticism and because honestly something was definitely rotten in the crepe. She immediately told the owner and right in front of us the owner very rudely said it’s her fault she ordered it not our fault there’s no refunds. I heard and told him. I’m sorry sir but I didn’t request a refund, we just wanted to let you know it is obviously old or something is off with the crepe he rudely responded by saying you decided it. This place is disgusting the bathroom is nasty and the soda machine is dirty and the vents are filthy. Floors are sticky and the spoons they gave us were not washed. I don’t recommend going. But if you do go look around and you will see. If I can give it a 0 I would. The two ladies are nice. But the owner is horrible and rude and the place is dirty.
If you all are interested in a super clean and chilled place and good coffee we like twisted rolls chimney cake down the street like less than 1 mile down from wiregrass off Bruce b downs. The service is amazing there The owner comes around to make sure everything is well. The food is clean and the ice cream is the best! Or even spicy ice is close too they have good ice cream and the service is great. The owner is very friendly.

Service was slow since they were understaffed and everything is made to order but the quality of the ingredients was amazing. They slice all deli meats fresh when they make their paninis. The berry waffle had so much fresh fruit. Great quality for the price.

It’s my favorite!! I have never had an issue and I’ve come here a lot!! The few rare times I had an issue with an order delivered by a third party, when I call they make sure to make it right. The workers have always been friendly, with one guy in particular that unfortunately I can’t remember his name but he’s there alot! I will find out and edit this after. Not sure if he’s the owner, a manager, or a regular worker but I love seeing him there! The food is great and it’s super cute!

Terrible Customer Service – Poor Food Quality – This Is Not an Affogato
My family and I stopped here after seeing an affogato advertised outside. Unfortunately, the experience was so bad that I genuinely don’t understand how this place is still operating.
From the start, the service was rushed and dismissive. There was no line, yet the woman taking our order hurried off to make the affogato before I even had a chance to order my toddler’s gelato. Another employee then asked again what we wanted.
The kids size gelato was huge – far too much for a toddler – so I politely asked for an extra cup. The male server acted like giving a simple cup was some major inconvenience and reluctantly handed me a disposable water cup. This alone was unusual, but not yet a big deal.
Then came the “affogato.”
Instead of the espresso over gelato served in an affogato mug (which they had behind the counter), they handed me a to-go cup filled with regular coffee and a scoop of ice cream floating on top. Nothing about it resembled an affogato, and it tasted so awful that I could only give literally two sips. It didn’t resemble a affogato in anyway.
I tried to check if it was a mistake, but the manager, the same woman who rushed our order, completely avoided talking to me, even though she clearly saw I was asking for help. She sent another employee to deal with it and stayed behind the counter pretending not to notice.
When she finally came over, she was extremely unprofessional, RUDE and again very dismissive. She insisted that what they served me was an affogato, like I’ve never had that before, and like I didn’t know what affogato is, sounding like I was ignorant or sort of stupid. She didn’t listen, didn’t explain anything, and didn’t seem interested in fixing the issue at all. I had my cup over the counter and she asked the young lady to throw it in the trash, because I said this shouldn’t even be sold.
To make matters worse, the disposable spoon they gave my toddler literally disintegrated as my toddler was eating. Completely unsafe.
Between the refusal to provide a simple cup, the horrible food quality and the shockingly rude customer service, this was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had anywhere.
Save your money and avoid this place. Tampa has too many great cafés to waste time here.

They made me an iced latte with caramel and it was $7. It tasted off, the person making it was clearly new. I kindly asked if they could remake it. They said they would not unless I paid again. I literally one sip. I used to come in all the time but will NEVER be back. Much better coffee in the area is available with way better customer service.

Cute cafe; good coffee. I wanted to tip the cashier but she said the workers don’t get tips left on a credit card. WTH?How unethical is that? I don’t carry cash generally like many other people. The management here needs to treat employees better.

Loved this place. It’s casual and has a nice environment. I also like the large number of menu options; savory and sweet, breakfast, meat and vegetarian, etc. We ordered the cheezy beef crepe, chicken & mushroom crepe, and the fruity nutella crepe for dessert. Everything was DELICIOUS. The only thing was that they didn’t heat the crepes enough to melt the cheese, so we asked for them to be reheated. The manager or owner (not sure which one) was SUPER nice. The whole experience was just refreshing. Extra points for the little birds
