The ice cream is really good, especially the piña colada flavor. Unfortunately, the staff member was very inattentive and prepared the order without listening to what I asked. It was the first time I ever left a place without tipping. Worth it for the ice cream, but the service needs improvement.

The service was a bit slow, even though there were only two other customers, and it seemed they weren’t following the order of who arrived first. I ordered a Caprese panini without tomato and with extra prosciutto, but it still came with tomato and without the extra prosciutto. When I kindly asked about my panini, the staff continued assisting others instead of preparing my order. I hope they can improve their attention to detail.
Oh, by the way, the sandwich was to go, and the girl didn’t even put a single napkin in the bag.

I am writing this review solely to ensure that it doesn’t detract from the place, as I have been visiting it for over 8 years and it has always been a great option for eating and chatting.

When I lived over near Wiregrass I was a regular with the first owner and everything was top notch. Went to the Krates location today for lunch with my sister and the young lady needs some customer service skills. No real personality but pleasant enough. We both got the same sandwich, and it was made well. We sat inside and she sat behind the counter where she couldn’t be seen. I was disappointed that she never ask how thing were and if there was anything else she could get us. Later I asjed for an espresso macchiato. She said is that the same as a macchiato? Duh. We also ordered 2 small desserts, and drinks so the lunch bill was over 40dollars. We tipped appropriately.
We’ll be back cause the food is so good, but I won’t expect much on the service.

Tables were dirty. Food took a while, but that would be fine if the food was good. The crepe was fine but the food inside was cold. The cheese wasn’t melted, the meat was tough, and the peppers were obviously from a jar. My partner didnt even get the crepe he ordered, and his was cold inside and had uncooked mushrooms.

We wnt to get crepes for my partner’s birthday and it was horrible. The girl behind the counter messed up one of the orders for another menu item after a 30 minute wait and both orders were under cooked and cold. Nothing was melted. We ordered a chicken and ham Chipotle and got a Mushroom Alfredo and by the time the other one had come out it was cold and un appetizing. Lots of other places at Krates to eat at we decided just to leave rather then try agen.

I come here all the time. Today I tried this coffee, which was delicious, balanced in aroma and flavor. This place is open without reservations; it has plenty of room to eat inside the shop. Don’t miss this place when you’re in Wesley Chapel. It’s run by the owner himself.

Loved the freshly made gelato’s. My panini was pretty good , the prosciutto was very tasty . I would have preferred the sandwich on a flaky bread but that’s just a personal preference. We ordered a giandoa ( not sure how you spell it ) that’s was ok , I wouldn’t really order that again but I definitely would the gelato . The staff was also very friendly and inviting.

Edit response to owner: the location was krates, it shows it in the screenshot I attached. I would consider it could be the driver however like I stated when I called you guys to get clarity on the situation the phones were down which leads me to believe the driver. That along with other issues I’ve had there, and seeing some of your response to other bad reviews, I’m still not a fan of this location. 365 at wiregrass def gets my praise though. So my issue is not with the entire company as a whole. Thank you.
So, I am a HUGE fan of the 365 at wiregrass. But the few times I’ve been to this location the vibe is completely different, in a bad way. And there’s always an issue (forget something, instructions not followed etc). But I never left a review because I figured I’ll just keep going to the location I prefer. Today really was not ok though as far as this location. I ordered food on grub hub and waited a while while it was “being prepared”. Driver gets there and the store is CLOSED!!! it’s not supposed to close until 7pm but was closed around 5. How?? I tried to call to get to the bottom of why my order was cancelled “due to being closed” and the phones are down or not working (or turned off who knows). So now, my kids are hungry and I have to start the entire process over elsewhere because they just decided to randomly close and not turn off their ordering. I’m so upset and disappointed. This was just the cherry on top to why I don’t go anywhere but wiregrass.

Been here twice now and have gotten the nutella Belgian Waffle and tiramisu gelato. The prices are reasonable and both the waffle and gelato were fantastic and absolutely delicious. The serving size on the small gelato was really good. The girl was nice and filled the cup till it was overflowing, great to share with my friend or enjoy alone. The gelato was creamy and smooth and not too sweet, just perfect. The nutella Belgian Waffle was great too, crunchy on the surface and thick and fluffy inside. The people working were nice and the inside had a warm atmosphere and nice tables. I’ll definitely be back again soon for more waffles and gelato, and maybe to try something new.

Decided to try this place yesterday when I was stopping at the toy store with my son. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had but it was OK. Felt it was a tinge overpriced for what it was. Tiny kid’s gelato, small cappuccino and slice of cake for $20. The gelato was OK, the cappuccino was not very tasty in the least, and the cake was bitter but maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be? We wouldn’t go back, just wasn’t our taste
