Update: Service is still mediocre at best. Food is decent but you really go there for the sports and TV’s. Not quite like being at the sports book but you know they are just waiting for the green light.

Go for the beer and sports…not for the food and service. There is a sports book feel to it which they will probably convert once they legalize it in CA.

But they really need to hire more servers to enhance the experience. We waiting 20 mins just to get our first round of beers in. Hopefully they will get the staffing corrected before playoffs bc it could be good place to eat and watch a game but for now, know what you are getting into. The food was pretty mediocre at best. Just try harder.

Came here for their country night on a Tuesday. Amazing vibe! We ordered shrimp tacos and philly cheesesteak sandwich. Pretty good according to my friend. I also love the fried cauliflower. Overall I love et! Well I don’t really go out cuz I cook haha. And I’m always excited going to new places. If you are feeling bored, come to this place and your Tuesday will be amazing!

Located inside Agua Caliente Casino in Cathedral City. Big loveseats and club chairs near the screens with tables and chairs behind that. Wish they reclined. Only middle screen in the wall gets volume to hear broadcasters. Big bar with gaming screens embedded in the bar top. Really enjoyed a pastrami reuben wrap. Green salad was fresh. Better than typical sports bar.

Amazingly bad service even when restaurant is almost empty. It’s worth driving over to the Rancho Mirage 360, where they have great service and wings

Had us waiting I want to say about 10 mins and NO SERVER SHOWED UNTIL WE LEFT. Staff needs to work on this instead of hanging around behind the bar chit chatting. Especially the guy with long hair licked back. Who was the one who approached our table when we left. This happened 9/21 around 8:30pm.

To make it even worse…..IT WAS NOT BUSY.

At all.

A group of us came here to enjoy the big screens to watch playoff hockey. We had actually left another bar as we thought this experience with the large screens would have been better. In the middle of the 2nd period the screens were shut off with no warning to display people playing video games. When we showed up, no one informed us that the screens would be taken over by video games. There were other customers that were watching basketball and were caught off guard as well. There was a video game tournament and they changed the screens more than 40min before their tournament had even started. When talking to the manager, he informed us there was nothing that could be done. Really disappointed that there was no effort made to make it right, and the fact that they turned the screens off prior to the tournament even starting. Extremely disappointing given the size of this establishment and the premise of a sports 360 lounge.

Pro: Huge tv screens. Great for watching sports. Menu is interesting. Grown up grilled cheese was really good and the fry’s are cut thin and crispy which was great.
Con: Stopped selling alcohol at 1 am on a Fri. night while we were eating. Threatened to take our drinks away. Didn’t enjoy the music they were playing very loud. The smore’s ice cream Sunday was horrible but they did take it off the bill.

Horrible service, lounge wasn’t busy. Happy hour prices and waitresses tried charging full price for beers and food. No explanation, just simply lazy. Everyone was standing around chatting, we went to bar to order beers and food. Such a shame.
