I’ve really enjoyed this chicken in the past. it’s been delicious and stayed tender even after reheating. However, the one I recently bought was very disappointing. I purchased it on Friday and reheated it on Monday, but the chicken became extremely tough and rubbery, very different from the quality I was used to. It’s unfortunate that the consistency is not the same as before.

We tried this place out on a Sunday afternoon. They have screens to order from inside. We ordered one 12-pc bone-in, and one 15-pc boneless for two people. We tried the Soy Garlic, Honey Garlic, and Sweet Chili sauces, ALL WERE AMAZING! We unfortunately made the mistake of not realizing you could “top” your chicken with sides and instead ordered a full side order of the deep fried gyozas and cheese curds. Suffice to say, it was pretty expensive, a total of $54 for two. We waited around 10 mins for the order, not bad at all. Overall, we thought EVERYTHING was amazing! The chicken was super juicy, tender and warm. The sauces were tasty. The sides were great, although I do wish (for the price!) they included some dipping sauces with the sides. The place was pretty empty, and clean. Service was good. We thought the package designs were clever! The tubs had a drip tray at the bottom so that oil drains and your food isn’t soggy. Overall would recommend and can’t wait to try again! Docking one star purely for price.

I had an amazing experience at this Korean Fried Chicken spot! The soy garlic chicken was absolutely delicious — perfectly crispy on the outside with tender, juicy meat inside. The soy garlic glaze was flavorful without being too overpowering, balancing sweetness and savory perfectly. It’s easily one of the best Korean fried chicken dishes I’ve had. Highly recommend giving it a try!

My kids thought the robots were cool to see. That’s where the good points end. Took much longer to get food after we ordered than expected. The place was mostly empty so being busy isn’t the reason. Once we finally got it our order was missing items. We got part of the missing items but not all. Went to the counter again and finally got the complete order. Sadly the chicken was not even remotely good after all that. We will go elsewhere.

The food is good but does take some time to come out as it’s being cooked fresh. The chicken was hot and crispy and the rice was nicely cooked. The pickled radish is a nice side item. They also have a variety of bubble teas.

Great addition to the town center! Crispy chicken, great portion sizes! I don’t get why people are giving it such low reviews! It takes a little longer than other fast food joints because it’s made to order and worth the wait! Bubble tea and variety is great too. They have a lovely outdoor seating area that’s shaded

This hit the nail on the head! It is so authentically close to Korean fried chicken/Korean Yang-yum (spicy) chicken, I remember, when I lived in S. Korea. My husband and I were in heaven. Plus the pickled radish pairs, so well with the fried chicken. My only complaint, I wish there was more of a quantity of chicken in the box because it goes so quickly. This will not keep us away. We will definitely make the treak back up here to order again. The bubble tea was also really yummy! 감사합니다!

We loved the first dining experience and kept coming back drove about 30 minutes just to enjoy the flavors. But recently the price has increased and the quality of the chicken has reduced. I remember we ordered boneless with all white meat and now they are mixed and to be honest I don’t like the taste of the boneless anymore, they are like not real meat or not well cooked which is unlikely if the claim was true 360 degree frying and timed by the robotic arms. Everytime we spent between $80 – $170 for 2 adults and 2 kids. Although we still like the unique flavors but with the price, the quality and the portion we don’t think we might visit again.

Have you experienced Korean chicken yet? 360 Chicken @360koreanchicken in King of Prussia Towne Center @koptowncenter is the place to go. As you enter, you’re greeted with the bubble tea station with fun wall decor. As you move into the restaurant you find an ordering station or you can check out the menu at the back and order from a real person.

There is something for everyone but make sure you order the chicken because it’s nice and crispy with a variety of sauces to choose from. While we were there we saw people ordering chicken sandwiches.

We decided to order the boxes with the 15-piece boneless chicken tossed in soy garlic sauce. There’s a choice of toppings you can add to the box so we went with tempura cauliflower and tater tots for one box and cheese curds and fried corn for the other box with multiple sauces. Just be prepared for the fried food aspect. I’m thankful for the pickled radish they give at the end that helps with digestion

The bubble tea was so much fun. I custom ordered a green tea with passion fruit and bubbles and lychee popping bubbles. The second drink we ordered was a specialty drink from the menu called the Golden Hour which consisted of layered fruit juices and mango popping bubbles. Checked them out!

Not sure how long this place will last. Personally I find it no big deal—chicken wings are good but nothing mind-blowing, but it’s definitely on the pricier side. 12 wings after tax is a bit over $19—if you want certain flavor of sauce, such as “pricy sesame”, you’ll have to pay an extra $1.25!!!

You would expect they got everything right at this price point, right?! Nope. When we got our chicken box, there were only 10 pieces instead of 12, so my husband had to go back to the counter to tell them about it. I don’t think I’ll go back soon. It’s just not worth the price. I may as well go to Bonchon at the mall.
