One of the must-try restaurants in Esperance! We came quite late when most places were already closed, and luckily found 33 Degrees still open — and it turned out to be one of the best meals we’ve had on this trip.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The waitress kindly told us the kitchen was about to close and helped us order quickly.
We randomly ordered a cheese-wrapped fried pork roll — and wow, it was insanely good! So flavorful and juicy! The nachos were loaded with tender, slow-cooked pulled meat and melted cheese — absolutely delicious. The burger was great too!
Everything was tasty, portions generous, and prices reasonable.
If we ever come back to Esperance, this will definitely be our first stop again!

What a great find this was in the core of Esperance, WA! Bar service for food and drinks, ordering food started at 430pm on the dot, really friendly staff – Cdn and Irish represented! Loved the cider recommendation, and the smash beef burger was exactly what I need after long, enjoyable days at the beaches around Esperance! A great elevated view from the outside, covered patio and so close to the oceanfront and multi-use path that spans the entire downtown frontage. Perfect spot, highly recommend!

Lovely location if you can get a table by the window to look at the sea.
Ordered two brisket burgers, one halloumi burger and the salmon dish. Also got the mango bruschetta toast as entree.
Mango bruschetta was expensive. Nice but small.
Salmon dish was delicious.
Halloumi burger was also nice, except for the fact that it’s packed with cheap filler that ruined the taste of the burger – Rocket salad leaves. A regular salad or coleslaw would have been fine.
Brisket burgers were both cold. The meat was cold to touch. We sent one burger back, which the staff were kind about. A new burger was bought out, warmer but still not hot. When you’re sitting outside and it’s very windy and cold, the last thing you want is a cold burger.
You need to go grab your own cutlery, water, serviettes and ask for tomato sauce if you’ve ordered hot chips. They don’t offer it or ask you if you want any.

I would definitely give this place a miss. I ordered the fish and chips and was shocked by the disgracefully small portion size… it felt like they were relying on the chips and salad to hide how tiny the fish was. I noticed they offer a kiddies size on the menu as well; I honestly don’t know how tiny that portion would be if this is what they serve adults! To make matters worse, the fish was entirely tasteless, dry, and tough. You can get much better value and quality across the rest of WA. Not recommended.

The popcorn cauliflower was delicious, Nachos was ok, not very much pork in the dish. The Prawn Linguini was very ordinary. I’m sure the chef dropped the salt shaker in the dish.

Great pub. We came in for a meal at the end of our trip and they did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The staff were so lovely, Sarah, Max, Daragh and Jess they were so accommodating and great for a chat when they served us. The drinks were great, very tasty! DJ Trigger Von Trapp was spinning the tracks. Would definitely recommend
