Very horrible ramen. Pork is dry and no taste, soup taste is imbalanced and the bamboo shoot is bitter. Fried calamari cant even chew. Told the waitress about the bamboo and pork. She ignored it. Gross soup base. Never coming back again

This place came highly recommended by a friend but unfortunately I have to say, this ramen restaurant was okay. I have had much better ramen at many other locations. Granted, the ramen here is delicious but there are better options available especially in today’s market. The waiter and staff here is really friendly and very attentive. Ambience is okay. I highly recommend their cold brew tea! That was DELICIOUS!!

Delicious! Lunch with the kids was wonderful. We had a great time. This was our first time here, at this fairly new restaurant in Bellmore, 316 Ramen and it was delightful. The broth, ingredients was just right and so were the portions. We each tried different bowls. And each were as wonderful as it looked. We can’t wait to go back. It’s a date.

This place is fantastic!!! The spicy chicken Tan Tan is what I’ve ordered every time I come – its a huge portion, noodles are always perfect and it’s SO delicious. Even for takeout they keep the broth and the ingredients separate to keep it from getting soggy! So thoughtful, delicious food & always fantastic to support a local business 🙂

So, I was looking for a good old bar / restaurant I used to go to over 20 yrs ago. As I pulled in, the Bayou was gone and in its place is one of my favorite foods… Ramen! 316 Ramen in N.Bellmore is a hidden gem! If you like good ramen like I do, you will love this place. Ivan, the owner, spent time with me and really made me feel welcome! The Ramen was amazing! I had a spicy chicken dish, which was so flavorful and delicious! I had a great time at an old stomping ground, very unexpectedly!

We started off with fried calamari and scallion pancakes that were light and airy yet crisp.
I had the Tonkotsu ramen which has a pork broth with pork belly. The broth was rich and flavorful and the pork tender. Nice amount of toppings making the bowl plentiful.
My girls had the Spicy Miso ramen which was also tasty with a nice kick not terribly spicy.
They had a nice selection of Japanese soda and I was happy to find Thai iced tea. Finished off with vanilla mocha. We all left full and happy!

**Updated on 4/30/23*** We just ordered the same exact meal to go because it was such a rainy day. They pack the broth separate from the bowl of ramen ingredients. You add it when you’re ready. I can’t stop eating the spicy chicken tan tan. It was absolutely delicious. Plentiful portions & perfectly hot.
I want to give a shout out to a cool little restaurant that I’ve been wanting to try in my hometown of North Bellmore. It’s called 316 Ramen and it’s located on Jerusalem Ave across from N. Shore Farms. I’m embarrassed to say that this was mine & my husband’s 1st time trying ramen. ♀️ Well, we loved it! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Tantan Ramen because I love spicy food. The heat did not disappoint. My husband ordered the Chicken Ramen. The chicken was plentiful as were the noodles & vegetables. The portions were very generous & the broth was hot (temperature) and delicious. We ended up taking half home because we also ordered the vegetable spring rolls and shumai appetizers. The owner/chef Ivan & our waitress checked in on us throughout our entire meal and they were both really nice. The restaurant is fairly new this past year so he’s just getting used to the neighborhood and is now advertising on the cover of the Pennysaver. We were able to use a 10% off coupon with a $25 purchase and got a free hot sake with an entree order. Please go check them out. The place is super clean and the service was perfect. I told him I was going to post on this page so if you go, please tell him Joanne sent you. I told him he needs to get the restaurants Facebook page started. I love to support these little hometown gems.

First time here! We tried the Spicy chicken tan tan ramen after only having chicken tan tan at a Michelin start ramen spot before. I must say this ramen was AMAZING!!! By far the best ramen we’ve ever had. The minced chicken and spicy chicken broth were so good. The owner and staff were also very welcoming and kind. 10/10 will definitely be returning

This place was great for a quick sit down meal. I went at around 5pm on a Saturday. It wasnt busy, they had some take out orders but no one else was there. I had a squid karaage to start, which was great. I recommend this. It was hot and crispy with a light batter. I also had the spicy chicken tantan, which i wish was spicy but it absolutely was not. I asked for hot oil and it didnt seem to do the trick either. Maybe my tolerance for spice is high however i did really enjoy it anyway. The ingredients were fresh. The tea egg was done perfectly. I would come back and bring the family for a nice, easy, local dinner or lunch.
