My husband and I enjoyed the specially crafted cocktails, a blackberry sour and a smoked old-fashioned. The cocktails were balanced and tasty. Our appetizer, the crab dip was creamy, but not heavy or overpowering. For lunch, I enjoyed their burger of the month, which was so delicious. I can’t tell you all of the things on the burger, but normally, I would not have put all of these meats and cheeses together, but they blended very well on my burger. The burger was cooked to order and was very juicy. My husband’s lunch sirloin was also cooked nicely and was just the right portion. For dessert, we tried their homemade lemon cake, which looked and tasted amazing, an excellent summer treat.
We will definitely be back! The ambiance was exquisite from point of entry! Customer service is important to me and 313 didn’t disappoint. The prices were reasonable.
First off, kudos to the developer for finding a creative way to reuse the space—it’s a little unconventional, but they’ve done a great job making it work.
Service was excellent, and as someone with a background in hospitality, I really appreciated the energy and friendliness. They clearly enjoy working together, and it shows.
I sat at the bar to get some work done and was grateful to find an outlet nearby—such a small thing but a big win for people who need to work.
Food-wise, the Brussels sprouts were outstanding, and if that ranch was made in-house, it deserves its own shout-out.
This place is truly a gem, and I hope the town realizes what they’ve got.
Nestled in a beautifully repurposed old school building, Restaurant 313 offers a unique dining experience with both a front and rear entrance for easy access. The back entrance opens to a spacious parking lot, making it incredibly convenient for guests who don’t want to park on the Main Street.
The service was nothing short of exceptional—attentive, friendly, and warm throughout our visit. Every staff member ensured we felt welcomed and well taken care of.
The food was outstanding. The Salmon Tarragon was cooked to perfection, accompanied by creamy, flavorful mashed potatoes that were simply delicious. Another standout dish was the fried catfish—crispy, well-seasoned, and a must-try for any seafood lover.
The ambiance was equally impressive, with tastefully designed rooms and versatile seating arrangements to suit both intimate dinners and larger gatherings. The thoughtful decor added a touch of elegance without feeling overdone.
We also indulged in a bourbon flight, which showcased a diverse selection, including a few new finds that were a delight to discover.
Restaurant 313 is a true gem, offering exceptional service, delectable dishes, and a charming atmosphere. It’s a perfect spot for any occasion, and I can’t wait to return!
When a table became available, the hostess came over and asked our party of four to follow her. While we were walking toward the table, the owner abruptly stopped us and stated we could not be seated yet because the server was not ready and that we had to wait until exactly 6:30 PM. We were then seated at 6:30 and our order was taken shortly afterward.
The appetizers were excellent; however, several issues occurred with the main courses. Roughly 20 minutes after our order was placed — and shortly before the food came out — we were informed that the kitchen was out of rice for the salmon entrée and asked if fries could be substituted. While we agreed at that point, the timing made it difficult to choose an alternative and resulted in an odd pairing of fries with salmon.
Additionally, one entrée arrived missing the shrimp skewer and grilled onions that were ordered as additions to a steak dinner. The classic burger came out overcooked and without the requested cheese. On top of that, one entrée had not even been started until after the other plates were delivered, resulting in us needing to cancel that entree.
The compensation provided for the overcooked burger was a $2.40 discount on a $14.00 item, which did not reasonably reflect the overall service problems experienced. When we raised our concerns and stated that we expected a higher standard of service, the owner responded that it was not a five-star restaurant and then immediately asked whether we had already paid.
We are not unreasonable diners and understand that busy nights happen. However, the sequence of events — being stopped from sitting after being called to the table, multiple order errors, delayed food preparation, and the dismissive handling of our concerns — left us disappointed and uncomfortable. We hope this feedback is taken constructively so that future guests do not have a similar experience
