Great location & great set up but I didn’t get to to enjoy it much due to un accurate timing. Place read open on Apple Maps around 1:45pm when I went the FIRST time around. Owner came to the locked to tell us 3:00pm. Fine, waited around the area for an hour & 25 mins just for him to not be present during opening & having his “ team “ still needing an additional hour to set up which brings me to 4:00 pm without any service nor food. Didn’t seemed like the team cared much about the late preparation either. Once again great visuals, terrible customer attentiveness.

I want to leave an honest review:
The mac and cheese was alright it wasn’t hot it was borderline cold. It def needed a little more seasoning.
The fish was good just a tad bit salty.
The greens was spicy ️ if it wasn’t spicy I’m sure I would’ve loved them. I don’t like spicy food but I can tell the flavor was there. My husband hates spicy food and he ate them.
The yams was good I would’ve liked them a little less mushy. Some people like mushy greens.
We ordered two meals.
catfish greens mac and cheese
catfish yams red beans (which doesn’t come with rice but they gave me husband some) like i said customer service was very nice.
2 cans of pop was 71 dollars. Idk yall can tell me if that’s expensive or not.
The menu doesn’t have many options even with the few options it did have it would be nice to add pics and a better menu.

The food was 10/10 extremely delicious!! We had the lemon pepper wings, lamb chops, oxtails, Mac, greens, and yams. Only suggestion, create a drink menu or a bar sign. We didn’t realize there was a bar until we saw other people with drinks. But everything else was seriously a VIBE!

I am currentlybwaiting for chicken at Hickory Hut because once again, yawl are not open when you say you will be. This is the 3rd time! Yawl dont like making money. And get that old man who was cooking back cause the food ain’t the same.
