Amazing service the moment you walk in! Jose was so welcoming and attentive. He even gave recommendations to local places to visit. Food was outstanding- all flavorful and great portions. Drinks weren’t amazing but good and fun presentation. Super chill atmosphere inside – some homeless roaming outside and parking isn’t that great since it’s in a shopping center but overall a fantastic lunch experience. Certainly would recommend.

This place needs to be packed every night! The service was amazing, everything we tried was incredible, and it was our first time trying Peruvian food. They brought fried plantains with a slightly spicy sauce out for a starter. Nicole was our server! So nice, took time to answer any questions we had, and brought out our entrees at the perfect time. If you looking for a Good Peruvian restaurant , you have to come to 305 Peruvian restaurants. My waiters was Alejandra, she recommended me the Fettuccine Huancaina sauce with Salmon and for my husband, fettuccine huancaina with lomo saltado and let me tell you, IT WAS AMAZING. Food excellent and Alejandra’s service was excellent. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, perfect for a romantic dinner. 100% recommended

My wife and I had an absolutely fantastic lunch at 305 Peruvian Modern Cuisine in Brickell, Miami! We started with the Jalea Mix, which was perfectly crispy and packed with fresh seafood—such a delicious, crunchy appetizer that really hit the spot.
For our mains, we shared the Lomo Saltado Pasta Pesto (or whatever the exact name is for that incredible fusion dish), and it was out of this world! The tender stir-fried beef combined with the creamy Peruvian-style pesto pasta was flavorful, hearty, and perfectly executed.
We finished with the Cuatro Leches Lucuma for dessert—rich, creamy, and with that unique lucuma twist that made it stand out. Everything was fresh, well-seasoned, and presented beautifully.
The service was attentive and friendly, and the vibe in the restaurant is modern and welcoming. Highly recommend this spot for authentic Peruvian flavors with a creative twist. We’ll definitely be back!

We went here for lunch for my birthday. The restaurant was nice, but service wasn’t all that great. Good was good, ceviche was ok. We ordered a tuna bowl and it was ok.
We first arrived and ordered drinks. First we asked for a hibiscus mojito, no hibiscus, it’s on their menu. We switch to the watermelon alcoholic drink, no watermelon, also on their menu. We finally settled for what they had, coconut mojito. They bring some plantain chips to your table as complimentary. A small plate with very small amount and we were 4 adults. We asked for a little more, he brought us the same small plate but this time a little less than the first. When we asked for a little more, he said he will need to charge. I found that kind of strange considering we’re 4 adults and you’re barely bringing enough for a child. If you’re going to give something complimentary, at least let it be a serving for the table. Restaurant was completely empty except one other gentleman. We had been sitting there for a while, waiting for our waiter to come by our table so we could ask for the check. We were advised he had finished his shift. We were never informed, so we were just sitting there. The restaurant was completely empty. We went Saturday 1/10 around 2pm. I don’t understand why we’re sitting there for quite some time waiting on our waiter just to be told he left. It was very, very nice that the lady waiter who came in after the first male waiter shift, brought me a flan for my bday. She was very nice!
