Overall our experience was good. The service was kind, food was hot, mimosas were yummy, and the atmosphere was nice enough. Food was a tad bland but we will definitely give it another try in the future!

Our overall experience at 30 Brunch House was just okay. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations—the flavors were lacking, and most dishes tasted bland and more like frozen food than fresh. Service-wise, there was no wait when we arrived, and we placed our order within 10 minutes, but it took about 30 minutes for the food to come out. I had high hopes based on the positive reviews, but our visit didn’t quite live up to them. We will not be returning.

Loved this place! I got the chocolate crepe and it was so good. The vibe is super nice and cozy, and the service was quick and friendly. Cocktails and coffee were both amazing too. Perfect spot for a chill breakfast or brunch, I’ll definitely be back!

Visiting a friend in Rowlett and decided to go out for brunch. Googled “best brunch in Rowlett” and 30 Brunch House was the first entry displayed. None of us had ever heard of 30 Brunch so we decided, why not? Awesome decision! Food was delicious, atmosphere/decor was very nice, and service was … well … perfect! Our server (Morgana?) actually apologized at least three times for “delays” that none of us were even aware of … she was proficient, professional, and a sweet kid (hey … I’m 71 years old … everbody working there looked like a “kid” to me … LOL!). I had the Southwest Benedict, my wife had a Morning Combo, our friend had the South of the Border, and we were all VERY pleased with our meals. All in all, an EXCELLENT dining experience!
LATE NOTE: After returning home, I went on-line to write this review and found that there is a 30 Brunch in Forney … less than 20 minutes from our home in Crandall. Life just keeps gettin’ better!

Today was our first time trying this brunch place. I got the chicken and waffles and I had them add Cajun seasoning because I like some seasoning on my chicken and waffles it was pretty good I must say. My husband got the ham and bacon omelette which happened to have an American cheese slice on it instead of shredded cheese it would have been better with shredded cheese so we’ll mark them down a little bit for that lesson learned for us. It was a little on the loud side they could use a little bit more noise absorption but thankfully we sat up against the windows so it wasn’t as bad. Definitely a place if you love to drink because there’s a large bar area and tons of alcohol on the menu. The brunch potatoes were delicious. The coffee was just alright. A decent place to have brunch in the area that’s not highly overpriced we will go again. Now that we know what to order and how to adjust it it may help us have a better experience I’m looking forward to trying the crepes or the French toast.
Update: the brunch burger, the French toast, and the pancakes are all great. We have since tried those.

Kristen helped me with my meal and it was delicious she was spot on and extremely knowledgeable about the menu and extremely kind and patient . The food was amazing I got the steak hash which was recommended by her and OMG fabulous. My husband got the French Toast and side of oatmeal and baby girl got the fruity waffle. PLATES WERE EMPTY needless to say we will be back.

The skillets are great, that’s all I’ve gotten here so far. I’ve gone about 3x now and they’ve been pretty consistent so they deserve a true 5 star. Staff is very friendly and the place has a good amnt of space compared to most Forney restaurants and breakfast places.
Cons to this place are a good sign…it’s packed on Sunday’s starting around 11:30am, the church crowd. So, if you plan on going on Sunday, plan to be there before 11:00am or you’re going to be waiting. IDK when it dies down though

The food is amazing. Great quality, some unique items. Drinks are great as well. Reasonably priced, large portions, friendly staff. Mondi is the bartender and he’s fantastic.
