This is my new favorite restaurant! The staff is always delightful, so welcoming, attentive and friendly ! and the cuisine is exquisite. Everything I’ve had so far has been super fresh and tasty! I can’t wait until they bring back the grilled Cornish game hen as a weekend special ! The prices are very reasonable! Highly recommended ! You owe yourself a visit to one of the very best Vietnamese restaurants in the Phoenix area!

Amazing food and incredible service! The owner came out to check on us and she was so sweet. She even explained where the three regions come from and how the food is sourced from these regions. What an interesting story and what incredible cuisine! Definitely recommend.

I absolutely adored the staff, and it was clear this place is well known and loved by the local community. Everything was spotless and incredibly clean! The food was quite good, though I did notice that some of the spices in my pho were a bit strong, giving it a more cinnamon-like flavor. It may have just been a one-time thing, but overall, this restaurant was wonderful!

Review Update: still 5 stars; now I always get the pho, usually #16 and it’s always beefy and delicious. My wife also loves the vegetarian salad rolls because the tofu is so well done and the peanut sauce is flavorful and fresh.

Old Review:

Absolutely the best Vietnamese food I have had! This place does a great job of changing up the specials and making unique dishes but one thing always stays the same; the quality!

The food is always prepared right and tastes great. We came in last week for Pho and it was delicious!

I had pho, my wife had the spicy beef noodle dish. Both were awesome! We also tried the wings, fried spring rolls, and fresh spring rolls. All the apps were delicious and the sauces they came with were great.

I highly recommend checking them out! They are doing a great job for being so new to the area. Keep up the great work 3 regions!

3 Regions Vietnamese Kitchen has excellent Vietnamese fare. The Bun bo hue ( Spicy Beef Noodle Soup) is very good. The one thing keeping this dish from a 10/10 is the broth. I wish it was more spicy and aromatic. The chicken wings are also very good, always crispy, and the sauce is perfectly balanced. They also offer wide range of beverages from teas to beer , I like the Vietnamese coffee its very strong. Service is very friendly and attentive. I would recommend 3 Regions to anyone in the area!

One of my best friends from high school was in town and ordered us up a delicious dinner. We had been wanting to try the local restaurant, but didn’t know what to order. She is Vietnamese, so we took advantage of having her in town and had her order us her favorites. We now order dinner from 3 Regions on a regular basis!

My husband’s favorite is the Hue’s spicy beef noodle soup. I love the Vietnamese crepe and the Banh Mi chicken sandwich dipped in fish sauce. The kids like the grilled chicken and rice. For an extra treat, the mango shrimp salad is so fresh and yummy.

Learn from our mistake. Take chances on your local restaurants as you may find a new favorite!

Delicious, delicious, delicious! I was truly surprised by how amazing this place was. They use extremely high quality ingredients. The steak, shrimp, and chicken were all seasoned and cooked to perfection. All fresh ingredients and just really flavorful. Very authentic dishes. Staff is amazing! Gave great recommendations and answered a lot of questions. They are genuinely friendly and helpful. This was legit the BEST Vietnamese food I have ever had anywhere…ever! Absolute gem to the community and worth an hour drive to enjoy it!

Pho Tai (rare beef) review…

1) Portion/Price 4/5 – $12.95 is an acceptable price, and the portion size was in relation to the price. Hooked spoons given yay! Could probably have poured a bit more Broth in but it was adequate.
2) Onions 4/5 – healthy amount of green onions. Didn’t notice a lot of white onions.
3) Meat 4/5 – acceptable amount of meat and it was not chewy it was very edible.
4) Noodles 5/5 – proper amount of noodles with proper size
5) Broth 4/5 – Not elite level Pho Broth, but good enough to not be considered average or below. Would like to see them go a bit heavier on the aromatics.

Overall score 21/25. Very Good Bowl of Pho… but not to be claimed elite level which is reserved for scores of 23 or higher.

2nd dish I had was the 3 regions combo… which included salad, rice, chicken, pork and shrimp. Shrimp and chicken were very tasty and cooked to perfection. The pork skewer failed though in my opinion. I would have preferred if the place offered a bone in pork chop dish but didn’t see it on menu. In addition I would have preferred the Salad to be substituted for tomato and pickled veggies as I had to pour fish sauce on the shredded lettuce to make it edible. Overall dish score 3/5

This might be highly rated for Cave Creek but that’s not saying much in a small cowboy town. It’s no NYC and the standards are obviously much lower.

I was on hold for over 6 minutes so I finally hung up. I was impressed that they called me back. It started off so encouraging but went downhill. First of all they do NOT have fresh lemonade as it states on their menu. They use syrup for the strawberry and passion fruit which was gross and I was perturbed I got duped.

They don’t have packaged utensils and the owner touched the plastic utensils with his up washed hands during a pandemic. Gross. Fortunately I had my own.

They were very disorganized when I picked up my order and I had to ask for some things to ensure they were included, they weren’t. Too many people rushing around like ants but none seemed to know what was going on.

Their restaurant is very small and had a lot of diners which at the time was a no-no as they didn’t limit capacity which they were supposed to do.

Now onto the food. The shrimp was undercooked. What a waste. Raw uncooked shrimp isn’t okay. I paid for grilled shrimp but got something I couldn’t eat. The bun was lacking flavor, didn’t come with enough sauce and what was included seemed watered down. Very disappointing.

The Pho broth was very flavorful but it was loaded with ingredients that overwhelmed the base and ruined it, and they also didn’t include enough of it so it was less of a soup and more of a broccoli (odd choice) with a small amount of broth.

Won’t return nor recommend.
