Modern and clean facility. I love the vibe here. Nice spot to chill out with family and friends. I had a burrito, chips, salsa and a soft drink. Plenty parking. Prives are reasonable for the amount of food you get. I personally just love the simplicity of this burrito place. Come with family(children) and friends…enjoy . (*Just in case NO alcohol is served here/ not a negative observation)

In from out of town and really didn’t want to go to Chipotle since their quality has deteriorated so much while price has increased.
So glad we found 3 Pepper Burrito Company and they have locations all over Fort Myers! We were in on a Tuesday and got chicken bowls with chips and salsa for $8.50 each. Fresher than Chipotle, definitely had less salt and felt “healthier” overall. Lots of options for toppings and sauces with no up charge. Highly recommend. We will be back!

I went there with 20 minutes left to close, and the guy working there was friendly, and had my food ready to go.
I asked for several things to be separated from my burrito and placed on the side, and everything was done to perfection.
The only “complaint” was that my burrito wasn’t hot when I got home. It was room temperature, but it still tasted very good (carnitas burrito), chips and guac were great, and their blended Chimichurri is awesome.

They keep downsizing! Now you get 10 chips with your order! Would never recommend! Moe’s is much better! At least they give you a bag of chips! Rip off!! Never again!!

Love the food! My favorite is the spicy chicken salad with sweet Thai chili sauce. And the queso is legit! The staff is friendly and looked out for the needs of our kids. There are plenty of burrito joints out there, but this one keeps me coming back.

Walking into the restaurant at 10:30am was informed that they don’t open until 11am. Whatever. So I ordered online for pickup at 11:15am. It’s 11:05am they haven’t gotten my order yet, and said that it wasn’t supposed to be ready until 11:30am. But when I walked in all of the tables are dirty and there are chips on the floor. This place is dirty and nobody cleaned it from the night before how disgusting. It makes me wonder if the night crew didn’t clean is the food really safe to eat.

I knew this place had fresh ingredients, but wow—this burrito came to impress. The tortilla was warm and perfectly soft, the fillings were super fresh, and everything was seasoned like someone actually cares.
The guac was creamy, the salsa had just the right kick, and honestly, it all just worked. No soggy bites, no bland surprises—just bold flavor from start to finish.
Definitely not your average burrito joint. I’ll be back, probably tomorrow.
