Stopped here to eat lunch on our drive from North Carolina to Texas. We were so glad we did! Everything was delicious & we even got a sweet treat for the road. We had the whole place to ourselves (it was a late lunch) and enjoyed speaking with the couple running it. What’s a road trip if you can’t stop at delicious local restaurants?

My wife had the P Burger. Her facial expressions said everything. She said it was the best burger she has had. The shrimp platter that I had was great. The atmosphere and service were the bomb. Not a fancy place but these ladies will make you feel like you’re at a family gathering.

They had free small snocones. It was my first time there. I’ll probably be back being I pass that way every Thursday. Place was clean, people were nice. Snocones were a little chunky for my preference /I rather actual snow ice…like kina ice) and they don’t have many flavors, but it’s a work in progress and it cooled us off. They will be getting new flavors so pass by and ask for the flavors you want. Overall worth it.

Awesome! In an old gas station. Had my reservations, french fries were cooked perfectly, my burger was fresh and delicious, sweet tea was great, had chocolate kahlua cake for dessert, and it was one of the best desserts I’ve ever had. It’s off the beaten path, but a path worth following. Coed bathroom. Peeked into the kitchen of this fantastic dive, and it was clean and neat. Please go for lunch. They also serve sundaes, floats, splits, etc.
