I’ve been going to 3 guys for a very long time for your chicken Francese and I love it but last night New Years EVe I was very very disappointed. the chicken was bland and the sauce was watery and no taste of lemon.It was really terrible .Paying for a half tray (good thing I ordered only 1/2) was a waste.The garlic bread was a disappointment too..I picked up around 6 pm and when we ate at 8pm the garlic bread x2 were both soggy already.please kindly check what happened last night because this are not the kind of food that I enjoyed ordering. I ordered 1 large pizza pie regular $16 when we opened box pizza was folded over it didn’t fit in the box and it was soggy and very thin and hardly no crust. Cheese fell completely off. I called to complain and wanted my money back. They said all they can do is make me a new one and I refused. The guy who cooked and placed in box had no pride and didn’t care about the customer because he knew it was terrible and still sent it out. I was coming here for 3 years and was noticing a decline in quality in 2023 but this was 2nd week in a row that I ordered pizza here and it was unsatisfactory. I added some photos and video. The staff and owner are wonderful but not the pizza

i never write bad reviews but this was absurd. ordered through doordash their calamari chino with description written as “ Fried calamari typically includes a unique blend of spices, served with a side of soy or sweet chili sauce.” Once I picked up it had absolutely no sauce and calamari was soggy drenched in balsamic vinegar. i felt bad to ask them to make a new one so i called and kindly asked if i can get the sauce in the description and the woman working counter was rude and unhelpful and tried gaslighting me saying that there’s never been sauce with this and it had to have been a typo. I would have let this whole ordeal go if she didn’t try to play in my face. she couldn’t accept that she or whoever made it was wrong and proceeded to not fix the issue in anyway and hung up on me. terrible customer service and the most mid italian restaurant. please don’t waste your money and go anywhere else that belleville has to offer.

First time at 3 Guys. A friend recommended then to me today, after I asked him where I could find a good local pizzeria. He suggested 3 Guys. Glad he did. We ordered a white spinach pizza along with the Mozzarella in Carrozza (franchese style). Both items where so savory and delicious. Can’t wait to go back and try new items or the same.

If you know me you know that I never like to give a bad review, but honestly it would be hard to point out what went well. It was delivery so I guess that’s the only cop out I can give, but as a delivery restaurant I expected better. Overall I give 3 Guys Pizzeria a 1 out 5.

Glad this is my local pizzeria. My favorite is the Penne Vodka Pizza and the Pepperoni Roll. You can’t go wrong with a regular plain or pepperoni pizza either. Give yourself some extra time when picking up an order. They are usually very busy.

To begin with, the overpowering saltiness of the food significantly detracted from my enjoyment. While a touch of salt is usually welcome to enhance flavor, the pizzas at 3 Guys were over-seasoned to the point where the natural tastes of the ingredients were entirely masked. It seemed as though each bite was more salt-laden than the last, making it a challenge to finish a slice.
Furthermore, the pizzas were markedly greasy, which only exacerbated the issue of excessive salt. The combination of the two resulted in a heavy, unappetizing meal that was difficult to enjoy.
Additionally, the wings we ordered were served cold, a stark contrast to the piping hot, freshly cooked wings one might expect at a pizzeria. The lack of heat made the texture unappealing, and the wings were, like the pizzas, excessively salty.
Ultimately, my visit to 3 Guys Pizza was marred by these issues. The culinary experience was overwhelmingly characterized by a symphony of salt and grease, which did not align with the expectations I had for the meal. I’m hopeful that 3 Guys Pizza will take this feedback into account and rectify these issues for a more balanced, enjoyable dining experience in the future.

I have been coming to 3 Guys pizzeria for years. They treat me like family when I’m there. Staff is friendly and professional. The food is amazing! I love their salads, pasta fagiole and my son loves their personal pies. Totally recommend.
