I placed an online order for pickup and paid ahead. The confirmation said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I gave them extra time and arrived about 35 minutes after ordering.
When I got to the counter, I was told they never received my order in their system-even though the money had already been taken out of my account. I was also told they couldn’t issue a refund since they had no record of it. The explanation kept circling back to their “new computer system.”
I chose to wait while they remade my pizza, but as I stood there, I watched multiple orders get delayed or completely derailed. One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly.
To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out.
As for the pizza itself:
It was good..I’d give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there.
Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.

Absolutely love this place. Craved their garlic fries coming out of a root canal. Ready within 15 minutes. Girl at the counter was so sweet and gave me more of their ranch. Don’t know what they put in these things but its fantastic. Please never change the garlic fries.

Not bad pizza but i don’t get why they put seasoning on the crust. Should be in the sauce. As their sauce is plain no flavor. Why hide the toppings under the cheese. Apparently they don’t like making round pizzas this one i got was oval and cut into squares. This would be a great pizza 5 stars if they put a little love into it. A little basil and oregano garlic in the sauce and leave the crust alone.

Ordered two kids pizzas for a little under $18. I expected the portion to be smaller, but I didn’t expect them to skimp so hard on toppings I paid $1 each and extra for. I had no problems with the service, just felt like I’d been ripped off tonight. Lesson learned.

So I frequent here once a week. We LOVE the food, but it has not been consistent and the customer service is terrible. Whoever the young man is who acts like he’s half asleep and drags his feet in Birkenstocks, needs a lesson on customer service before he runs your customers off. I had to bag my own food for a take out order after having to ask for a bag for a $60+ order!!!

Waited for 45 min for spinach dip. When it finally got to the table it was only two small spoon fulls. I told the waitress I could not pay $11 dollars for that. She was apologetic and agreed. She told the manager and it was removed from my ticket. Finally got the pizza that was ordered after over an hour. It was okay not the best, but we ate it.
Watched multiple families walk out of the door without getting their food. A family behind me was upset their meals came out before the appetizers. I heard the same excuse over and over about the new system was causing delays and a back up at the fryer. Totally unacceptable tonight.
Our waitress was very nice and apologetic.

Great pizza and a nice local joint. I’m not from the area and was looking for a non-chain pizza place. I was very impressed.
You can tell the dough is fresh because it is not floppy when you pick it up. The toppings are placed on the sauce and then cheesed so that the toppings do not fall off, and they do not skimp on the amount of toppings.
The toppings were center-loaded and so you get much of the toppings in the first couple bites. Some slices also missed the cheese seal which made it so near the end of a slice the cheese and toppings came off in one bite.

I recall having a pizza from Three Guys approximately a decade ago, and at that time, I made a personal vow never to return. The experience simply did not meet my expectations. However, after reading a review on Facebook by a local video reviewer, who praised the pizza, I decided to give it another try. I must confess, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza was prepared exactly as I had requested, with extra cheese, and the sauce tasted wonderful. I have no complaints whatsoever. Therefore, I must admit I was mistaken, and Three Guys pizza is something I would happily enjoy again and again. If the owners happen to read this, I offer my sincere compliments, gentlemen, for a job well done and a truly delicious pizza. Thank you.
