3 Fly is a great bar with excellent service. My partner is from Hayward and showed me this place on my first visit… no need for quirky dive bars when you have a place that is welcoming of all and offers a unique atmosphere true to the north wood’s aesthetic. I love Earth Rider beer and it was great to have a spot that offered a sense of taste and comfort. You won’t regret a visit here and supporting local. Cheers to 3 Fly, a must stop for visiting Hayward!

This is a great place, the service is great if you go there, which you should, the staff will take interest in making sure you are taken care of. Great wine and beer selection. Focused on supporting local and regional breweries. Plenty of seating. The atmosphere is fantastic. It’s a great Main Street America business. Go to this place. The environment is welcoming and relaxed, the service is genuinely friendly and impressively fast, and the taps and wines drink selection is excellent with something for everyone. Walked in on a whim and what a cool find! I had no idea this place was here. I’ve been coming to Hayward to my new husband’s family cabin for about 3 years now and JUST discovered this place. Perfect for both of us! So many wine options for me and several craft tap options for him. Wish we would have gotten the charcuterie as we loved watching them being made all day, but we have dinner plans. The atmosphere is so cool in here too! Can’t wait to come back.

I’d give this place six stars if I could. Good wine, great Charcuterie. Couple (owners) running it very nice. Loved the atmosphere. Was a bit pricey, but we really enjoyed so was worth it. Suggestion.. keep a few boxes of gluten free crackers on hand to have for your Celiac customers! But when we are in the area again, we will be back. Thanks so much for showing us such a great time! Loved this place.

This was our first time at 3 Fly Sisters, where we went to celebrate our 42nd wedding anniversary, on a gorgeous May afternoon. The owners, Caroline & Andrew, were kind and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting… classy upscale ‘big city’ wine bar decorating, warmed up with an ‘up north’ focus with plenty of cozy nooks to choose, or sit along the main bar. Our half charcuterie board was freshly prepared, right behind the bar, while we enjoyed our glasses of Malbec and tap IPA. 10/10 Recommend this lovely place, whether this is your first visit to Hayward… or if you’ve lived here your whole life! Absolutely charming!

Phenomenal wine & quality beer bar with an absolutely feminine charming yet masculine atmosphere. Nice long bar, with two “bump out” cabana type rooms for a more secluded private setting that can be reserved… plus….a game room & two unisex bathrooms. The decor is based on the husband and wife passions of wine, whimsy, and fishing. Vintage beer cans & signs, musky bucktails, and Jim Beam decanters with medium dark wood stains, copper accents, cattails flowers, ivy, dark window treatments ect! Wives, don’t be afraid to bring your fishing hubby here!! This isn’t your typical main street bar with preserved dead animals all over the walls… although there is a time and place for those places, when you want a little class, stop on by the 3 Fly Sisters for a quality beer, specialty prosecco cocktail, and wine!

If you can dream it, you can do it– It has been an absolute treat to witness what Caroline and Andrew have built together. From the dated retail space with fluorescent lighting, to the upscale yet yet very comfortable ambience you experience today. They’ve knocked it out of the park with the decor, lighting, music, etc– and they’re always dreaming up something new! The drink selection is fantastic. There’s something for everyone and always a rotation of something new for the adventurous. And while I do not wish summer away, I can’t wait for some mulled wine this fall/winter.

My wife and I were in the Hayward area for our 20th wedding anniversary, and decided to stop in to 3 Fly Sisters…super impressed with atmosphere and service! Owners were amazing…they even wrote down restaurant recommendations for the area. We both tried the wine and beer…so good!
