Dawn nor I can pronounce what we had. But flavor was like no other, it was the best American/Spanish Food we have eaten. The spice mixed with flavor was great. We liked it so much that we tipped the cook on our receipt too.

My compliments to the chef the food was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent and very attentive to our needs. My only complaint was the salsa that come out with the chips was mouth burning .

We arrived at 3:45 since it was Cinco de Mayo. Our waitress, Amy, must be new. Three out of four drink orders arrived 30 minutes later. People who arrived 20 minutes after we were seated, had their drinks and food served before our drink orders were taken. Two people in our party left after being ignored twice. One person ordered a diet drink and was given a regular soda. Her blood sugar level shot up after one sip. We have been to this restaurant several times in the past. The service was horrible, the drinks were weak and the food was not great today. Another server checked on her tables 5 times since we were given our checks. I’m standing in line at the cashier to pay my bill. Where is Amy? At 6:30, Amy told us that we needed to check out at the register!

Food was decent, but the waiter that served me spoke to me in a way as though I didn’t know what chicken, steak, or mixed meant when asked a simple question. I don’t ‘think’ she took the time to listen to what I was asking. I wanted to be sure that I was getting what was advertised since I had just left a 3 amigos that was not a good experience at all. Wasn’t pleasant the way she came off. Extra emphasis on words I felt were unnecessary. (I can read) and I clearly wanted chicken as I repeated twice. Hints not listening. Overall, I am thankful that I didn’t have to wait a while for water. I did receive a refill on water. Utensils’ were clean as far as the eye could see. And the food looked close to what was advertised on the website. Needless to say again; I literally had a bad experience at a 3 Amigos restaurant prior to coming to this location. However, It will be a while before I eat out again. Restaurants/service doesn’t seem to be as outstanding as they use to be.

The food was gross and our server kept disappearing; we had to keep asking other servers to help us out. I understand it’s a Mexican restaurant and they don’t specialize in Mac n cheese but the kids Mac and cheese (which is literally Kraft Mac n cheese I’m not sure what the heck they did to it or what was wrong with it…) Literally tasted like metal or something, it was so nasty and something had to have been wrong with it…we did send that back and swap it for a pizza for my daughter and she was fine with that. The only other part of our food that was not disgusting was the hard taco shells and that’s kinda sad… We were really excited to try out this spot but we were so disappointed with the food and service that we won’t be going back.

Food quality is hit or miss. I have ordered pickup from here quite frequently this past year (3-5 times a month). Despite food never being ready at provided pickup time but often lukewarm when received, I couldn’t let go of the convenient location. Fast forward to today when I ordered Amigos Dips and Mexican Chile dip and received lukewarm cheese dips containing large chunks of undercooked meat. I guess I should be glad the items were inedible because they only provided a small partially filled bag of chips for two large dips. The poor customer service I received in response solidified my decision to take my business elsewhere.
