Found this gem of a restaurant right nearby our hotel in La Paz. Opens at 7am so we were able to get an amazing breakfast every morning before scuba diving – with the amazing French owners Agnes & Alan. Alan is a fabulous pastry chef so there are lots of treats too – chocolate croissant is a must!

Cute vibey orange themed cafe. Friendly staff who speak both English and Spanish. Their breakfast menu is sorta like Mexican take of an American diner. Ordered the pancakes and BLT sandwich. Also ordered the mango chamoy smoothie which was DELICIOUS. Their coffee is decent too. Reasonable prices. They also have a small selection of pastries and pies.

The quality and flavor of the food here is unbelievable. The breakfasts and lattes are so good that I keep coming back to try more of the menu. The croissants and pastries are so amazing. We have had pastries, pies, breakfasts, and lattes here and they have all been some of the best I have had in the world. The owners are from France and they are lovely people that are there in the restaurant, cooking and greeting customers. This place is a little slice of heaven.

We found this by accident. We were looking on Google Earth for a place to eat breakfast and this showed up. Best stumble-upon we’ve made in a long time. Super friendly staff, excellent French oriented food. My wife had the avocado toast and I had the French toast. Both were delicious. They had two cases full of pastries and baked goods. Went home with some take-outs and we’ll be going back!

My brother suggested we try it out for breakfast a few weeks ago – and so, so glad we did! We’ll be regulars! Not only was the food delicious & beautiful, but the service was exceptional: We are new fulltime residents & so constantly wanting to practice our Spanish, and the server obliged – patiently & with a big smile the whole time. The French owner came out to say hi and she was a delight, and shortly thereafter her husband also came to say hi – he’s the baker! Overall an easy 5-star rating!!

A truly must stop cafe in La Paz. Food is fresh and amazingly delicious, service is as good as it gets with big smiles and in Spanish and English, and the atmosphere will make it hard to leave, so I’ll be back for sure. The cafe is clean with outdoor dining and a charming interior decor. And, did I mentioned that my Egg Benedict was AMAZING!!!
