We stopped here on a family suggestion and we were not disappointed. The service was impeccable. The food was absolutely delicious. Not sure if it was because we were hungry but the taste and presentation surpassed our expectations.

3 Agaves is hands down the best Mexican restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. The food is absolutely incredible — actually spicy, and seasoned to perfection. Every dish had real flavor, not the watered-down stuff most places serve.
The service was amazing from start to finish, and the staff made the whole experience even better. Our food came out fast, fresh, and piping hot.
If I could give this place 6 stars, I would. Highly recommend 3 Agaves to anyone who wants authentic Mexican food done right!

Had a great experience here, the staff was great as was the food. I got the chicken fajita and it was great! Another person in out party had the choripollo and I will be checking that out next time because it looked really great and I have never seen that at another restaurant. I also had a nice margarita that was delicious. My friends live down the road and go.to this location all the time and I will be back any time I’m visiting them! You won’t be disappointed!

UPDATE: They have definitely improved over time. Food & service have both improved greatly since my original review. We now go there at least once a month.
ORIGINAL POST: Went there the first Saturday they were open, very hot inside. AC wasn’t working. Drinks were very strong , but lacked flavor ☹. Food was okay, average, but plentiful. Had to wait a little while to be served since it was a Saturday. Son noticed a lot of flies inside. Will definitely try again once they get the AC fixed. Hoping things will improve and they will stick around for a while.

This restaurant is excellent. The atmosphere is very festive and comfortable. The place is clean. Service was excellent, friendly, and fast. Chips were so fresh and warm. The food was great!! Portions are very fulfilling!! Lots of menu selections. They have a bar. Kid friendly.

The carnitas are by far a crowd favorite, always tender they never leave you feeling disappointed. I recommend ordering with onions included for the full experience.

Had a wonderful meal with mom. Margaritas were excellent. Our waiter, Augustine, was friendly and attentive. The meals were very enjoyable. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star was due to how hot it was in there. However I was seated next to the outside patio door.

I ordered my food online, it said it’ll be ready in 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, i drove over there, took me 9 minutes. When I got there, my food should be ready and give it to me on the spot, no, they make me wait an extra 4 minutes before I got the food, I don’t like that.
