I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday for lunch. I want to start by saying that the service was good from the beginning. The staff was attentive, and the atmosphere is very nice and welcoming. The place itself has great potential.
Unfortunately, the food was a big disappointment. The soda tasted like it came straight from the machine with too much syrup and no real flavor. The food overall was extremely salty. The fried rice, which is usually a staple and something that represents a Chinese restaurant, only had egg — no vegetables or other ingredients that typically give it flavor and character.
Chinese food is known for its rich flavors and quality, and sadly this experience did not reflect that. While I appreciate the good service and pleasant environment, the food quality did not meet expectations and was not worth it.
I hope they can improve the quality of their dishes because the restaurant itself has potential.

This restaurant has great potential, the people…absolutely sweet with the costumers the atmosphere is very very ethosiactic, but the food not that much. My family ordered drinks thats tasted like it was from the machine, the apatisere was pretty good, but the food waaaaay to salty the fried rice only had egg, no vegetables nor soy sauce with for me really makes me disappointed because the fried rice is like a very important chinese dish. I tried my family fried rice to just make sure that it wasn’t just mine, there were also salty. Personally I think if they just improve the food they can really thirve

I placed an order for Pork Lo Mein, Sweet and Sour Chicken, 2 Wonton soups, and veg egg rolls to go. I received my order and went home. When I got home, I found out they never place the Sweet and sour sauce into my order. I took the entire order back because I wanted hot food to eat when I got home and requested that I get an entire order redone like I ordered. They brought my order back in 4 minutes and argued with me that they redid the entire order. Which I told them I did not believe them. While I was arguing with them, they brought out some sweet and sour sauce and place into the bag they already returned to me. Well after arguing and finally leaving knowing that they lied to me. When I got home, the entire order was exactly like I repacked it, the only thing different in the entire bag was the sauce that was laying on its side in the bag. If a company cannot fix their mistake and then lie to the customer about what they did, then they will NEVER get my business again. I couldn’t give it a lower than 1 rating.

My son and I tried out 369 on a whim, and we’re both very glad we did. The service was spot on and made us feel like family. The food, however, left us feeling like we had just eaten the ambrosia of the gods. In simpler terms, we can’t wait to go back and try something new on the menu. My son’s goal is to try everything 369 offers. We both HIGHLY recommend stopping by 369 Chinese Restaurant.

The woman that works up front has the worst customer service I’ve ever had. Reading through past 1 star reviews, it seems like my experience is not unique, it’s just what she’s capable of providing to customers. This is the second bad experience I’ve had with her, first one being over the phone when I placed an order months ago. I came back to give this place another chance, but she ruined it once again. I couldn’t even ask a singular question about the prices of my items without her sarcastically smiling in my face and obnoxiously pointing to the menu. She kept laughing at me as I asked questions. It was so continuous that I even had to ask what was so funny to be laughing in my face like that. As a customer, you have a right to know why you’re being charged over $12 for two soups when you’ve never paid that much before. Especially when that doesn’t match online prices. That’s all. She told me it’s because I ordered three. I ordered two. After correcting her, she still provided no response about how much my items were. Not a surprise considering it’s not the first time that this restaurant has overcharged someone without taking responsibility. From the moment I walked in she had a miserable attitude. It legitimately felt like she was bothered about having a customer. Must be the case considering I attempted to call the store back after our interaction to speak to a manager, during business hours, but my call was rejected. Not to mention, my initial “greeting” when I first called the restaurant to place my order was her picking up the phone and telling me that I must be nearby because they’re about to close (in 23 minutes). If it’s a problem to serve soup nearly half an hour before closing, then maybe adjust the business hours attached to your website. Or hire someone that wants to bring money to your business. It seems like she loves to argue with customers, wish she loved her job that much. Maybe it’d help her be good at customer service. Overall, I’m in disbelief at how rude and unwelcoming her energy was. Blessings because with the way she treats others, it seems as if she needs them.

I love 369, it’s been a family favorite for my entire life! The five flavored chicken is top notch! My only request is to please bring back the fresh vegetable egg rolls you always served previously. The new ones are not good at all and I used to come in just for a bunch of those with the red sauce from the table. Please please please bring back the classic egg rolls you served for decades! They were fresh not frozen, maybe even hand rolled, I miss them so much!

3-6-9 is one of the best Chinese Restaurants in the Oviedo/Winter Springs area. It has a huge menu, great employees, and a pleasant setting. I have been going here for 14 years now, and I don’t think I will be stopping soon. They do have a complimentary appetizer – Fried Noodle Chips. I would totally recommend this place if you are looking for a good Chinese restaurant.
