Ordered from here cause it used to be so good but it’s been a few years and our first time back wasn’t great. Not only did my husband have to drive back to pick up missing items from our order but it really didn’t taste good. There was a lack of flavor in the bourbon chicken sauce and a very strange oily after taste in my meal, not sure if it was from the rice or the entree. Considering the cost it was quite a bit disappointing. We will continue our search for good Chinese food elsewhere.

I’ve had this before, but this time around, the food was a bit off for me. The chicken was good, however the sauce tasted like it was just heated up ketchup. The vegetables that came with the chicken were weird, probably under ripe. The fried rice was way too salty, like someone poured a whole bottle of soy sauce into it and the rice only had eggs in it, no other veggies or anything. I couldn’t finish my food and I’m not the type to bring it back for a refund. To top it off (even tho this doesn’t really matter and isn’t their fault, it’s just one thing on top of another kinda deal), my fortune cookie had no fortune inside of it and those are just fun to read. I ordered for pickup a large and a small item. The order was ran back to me as such. When my wife returned home with the pickup, they were in the same small sized container. We called to see what happened and if there was confusion. There wasn’t, its all on standard small size. Barely enough to feed my family of four. Had the nerve to charge $30. Def not a good spending of our hard earned money. Lucky I cant post pictures.

I absolutely love this restaurant . I ALWAYS get the hot and sour soup! It’s so good!!! I also love the beef and broccoli and the orange chicken is great too. We love to come here for the lunch specials 🙂 Also we feel like family here. They are so loving and polite here . 100% check it out

Great Hot and Sour soup! The rest of the food is very good but the hot and sour soup is the best I’ve had in a long time. Service was very friendly and we got our food quickly.

I relied on a picture to order food and to my surprise the dish didn’t come with noodles as shown in the website. Be careful when you order online you may not get what you want. I order a sesame chicken with noodles but instead my order had brown rice. When I called to understand why I was told the picture with noodles is only to make the chicken look better but it comes with rice and then hang up! What king of answer is that? Very nice customer service and very disappointed how your website devices customers.

I’ve been going to 369 for many years and it’s always amazing, the food is always good, the service is always amazing as well, I especially love their waitress Jan. The atmosphere is always very nice, decorated with gorgeous paintings and murals along with a fish tank.

Great local Chinese food, the severs very prompt and attentive. Don’t let the fact that it’s in a strip mall fool you. Large menu and has resumed eat in service.
