The BEST pancakes I’ve ever eaten. We were fortunate to book them which immediately told me they were obviously good! Her entire staff was friendly and courteous and the food was made fresh per order. The pancakes are great size and it’s easy to tell they’re made with love every time. I tried the buttermilk, blueberry, and cinnamon roll pancakes. Buttermilk were the best homemade pancakes I’ve ever had. The blueberry ones, oh my, the sauce was homemade and not overly sweet like most sauces can be. The cinnamon roll ones were so cool. They tasted just like a cinnamon roll but what made them better was that every bite you could taste the cinnamon swirl like you always want in a cinnamon roll. I truly hope she will come back to our neighborhood because every neighbor that purchased pancakes today were raving over them!!

We decided to order a small pancake board from 27 Pancakes for our son’s birthday. The day before, I received a text to confirm the date, time and location. Chef Joy texted me that morning to let me know when she would arrive at our house. Once she had all the food prepared, she took time to describe the board to us. It was so pretty and the food was absolutely amazing!! We had plenty of food to each the next day. Thank you 27 Pancakes for making our son’s birthday special.

These pancakes are SO GOOD! So far I’ve had the blueberry, cinnamon roll, buttermilk & then some of the rotating specialties- mexican chicken & strawberry lime coconut and they’re all amazing! The pancakes never disappoint and Joy and her employees are all so kind and amazing!

My wife and I tried 27 Pancakes for the first time earlier this week when they were on Devine St near Craft and Draft. Had the Carrot Cake and the Cinnamon Roll Pancakes. They were incredible and plenitiful! Cannot wait to get some pancakes from 27 Pancakes again soon!

I’ve had their cinnamon roll pancakes and buttermilk pancakes. The absolute best pancakes I’ve ever eaten (next to my grandma’s). I want to try more of the flavors they offer the next time their food truck is running. They all look so yummy. These are HOMEMADE pancakes, not that stuff from the box. The quality of the pancakes along with their exceptional customer service are well worth the experience and the price.

WOW had the salmon and grits special last Thursday and it DID NOT disappoint! I was a little weary because I’ve never had that, BUT the grits were perfect, salmon seasoned and cooked just right. Definitely can’t wait for my next order!
