Came here with a group of 12 to celebrate Galentines & had an absolutely divine experience! Our serve Bri was absolutely delightful & superb. She was so sweet, hilarious, & attentive. She went above & beyond throughout the entire experience. Hayes, the bartender, made the most fabulous cocktails (they have many alcoholic & non-alcoholic options). I had the lychee martini with Gin and it was delicious. For food, I tried the burger, fries, shrimp tempura, georgia peach cake, and soufflé pancakes. Everything was tasty & incredible. The atmosphere was so lovely, with pink lighting and beautiful decor. There was another group of 12 celebrating galentines at the same time as us & we still had amazing service with how busy it was. Overall, we all had an amazing time & I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Bri & Champagne Poetry for the best galentines experience!

I came in for a Galentine’s celebration with one of my girls and had the best experience. The service was quick, attentive, and so friendly from start to finish. Alex, the bartender, was incredibly charismatic and gave amazing drink recommendations. I asked him to surprise me with a cocktail and he absolutely nailed it, it was perfect!

Such a fun, welcoming atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back! ✨

This restaurant is known for its fabulous decor but really every aspect of the experience was 5 star. I ordered the mini croissant with caviar, the mango tango, and the Cupid mocktail. Everything was incredible but the mango tango especially stood out. Every bite tasted different, a mix between fresh mango and passion fruit and a creamy fluffy cake. I ate it way too fast because I loved it so much. The service was also exceptional. We received thoughtful recommendations from servers and everyone was kind and knowledgeable.

My second time ordering the Wagyu burger was amazing. The first one was in cheese fondue which is an exceptional experience but prepare for a cheesy (wash your hands extra well first) time with your fingers. The Wagyu is phenomenally juicy and melts in your mouth. Paired great with crispy caviar fries! Bartender and staff provide fantastic service with a deluxe spin on many drink favorites. They were accommodating a larger party inside but the outdoor fire pit seating is very comfortable as well. Overall really look forward to my next dinner with company here!

I tried the soufflé pancakes surprisingly light but indulgent. I had the cheese fondue and egg. I don’t usually do savory pancakes so it was but unusual to me, but I actually genuinely liked it. It is served sweet too and they other flavors. There is approximately 30 min wait for the soufflé pancakes but other stuff does come quick. Parking is pretty easy it’s street parking.

This is my first time at the 23rd location as well as my first time trying dinner at a Champagne Poetry (I am a HUGE fan of they’re brunch!) And i gotta say i wish my wallet was as big as my appetite! But i got the Bao Boa Buns and wooooowwwie the pork belly was cooked to perfection and the kimchi added a fantastic tang to the sweet of the porkbelly. Also got the N/A Colada and was not dissapointed. Then had to top it all off with a dessert. The chocolate Carmel cake, trust, order it.

I walked in, no reservation, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The person in front of me got the last table with the understanding that it would need to be free for an existing reservation in two hours.
Serendipitously, there was seating at the bar, as not only did we end up staying nearly three hours, but the bartender made it a wonderful experience.
While waiting for my (on call) friend, the bartender politely checked in, which I appreciated. I must have come off as particularly indecisive, because he eventually asked if I liked tequila and heat. Yes, and yes. Never one turn down a bartender offering to make a drink of their choosing, I soon found myself with a phoenix (pictured), a drink the bartender was planning to put on the menu that day. It was phenomenal.
My Japanophile friend eventually showed, and we had a great time. The bartender continued to be engaging, suggesting drinks, of which I had several. We put in our pancake orders (or so I thought), and were quoted an hour and a half wait. My friend had the savory, which looked delicious, but only the one plate arrived. There had been some confusion, and my pancake order hadn’t gone in, and so they rushed an order through in just fifteen minutes. They were beyond delicious and worth the wait.
My wife has already requested a date night at Champagne Poetry, and I’m hoping to schedule it soon. I’ll make a reservation this time, but if there is room at the bar, we’ll leave the table for someone else. I’m getting another phoenix, and I’m excited to try more items on the menu.
Oh, and (at my wife’s request) I brought home the Mt Hood chocolate cake and the Nutella cheesecake. They were both delightful.
I never had a bad bite or sip. They even comped a drink for the pancake snafu and bribed me with macarons for a review. Jokes on them, I would have left a glowing review either way.

This location is so nice! The atmosphere and people were wonderful. I got the caviar fries andduck and it was cooked perfectly. Our waitress was wonderfully witty and kept our drinks full the whole time!
I went with a friend that is gluten free and the kitchen was really accommodating over!

Just went for brunch with my niece this weekend and it was a great experience! We got a beautifully presented wagyu burger, served cut in half over gently sizzling fondue. The beef is juicy, tender, and well-seared, with rich flavor that pairs nicely with the warm, creamy base beneath it. Simple and so satisfying to dip each bite in the cheese sauce. Definitely a standout burger done right. We also got the chicken wings, mochi soufflé pancakes, waffle and my niece kept saying they were the best she’s ever had.

Last stop before going to airport to head back home.
We had breakfast at the house so the visit here was for a treat.

First off, the pink. All the pink. It’s so pleasing to the eyes. Made me smile. I was instantly in a good mood as soon as I walked in. They have so many choices. The display was also full of so many goodies. I ended up getting the pandan latte and the chocolate caramel cake. That cake was perfection. I’m going to give it the best compliment by saying it wasn’t too sweet. I made my friends take a bite cos I wanted them to know what the perfect sweetness level taste like. My latte was yum.

It was nice to enjoy our treat inside while we admired the pink in every corner of that room.

We’ll be sure to drop by when they have poetry night.
