We visited 21 Main Street last December to celebrate my birthday after a friend highly recommended it for steaks. My husband and I arrived first, and later my friends surprised me by being seated next to us, which made the night extra special.

The Christmas décor and ambiance were beautiful, and our server was excellent, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable.

We started with the Tuna Tower, which was fresh and tasty. We also ordered a few drinks, and all were very good, especially the Moscato, which was my favorite.

I had the lobster bisque, which was a bit bland for my taste, just average. The Caesar salad was good but had too much dressing.

My husband and I shared the dry-aged Prime Tomahawk, which was disappointing for the price, bland and not very tender. The Brussels sprouts were great, but the mashed potatoes were overly garlicky and texture like soup.

After the meal, my friends shared their feedback: the pork chop was amazing, perfectly cooked, crispy outside and juicy inside. I tried a bite and wished we had ordered that instead. They also loved the 21 Main Sushi Platter. We ordered two platters (about $95 each) and tried around 6 different sushis in total. Every sushi roll was fresh and delicious.

We spent around $300–$400 including tip (mine and my husbands bill alone, friends bill not yet included). While the service, drinks, sushi, and pork chop were excellent, the tomahawk didn’t meet our expectations. I’d still recommend 21 Main Street, and might return to try different dishes next time.

While on our Halloween Myrtle Beach trip, Tina & I wanted to treat ouselves to a very nice dinner out. Our son recommended the restaurant at the resort that we are stayin in. We went to 21 Main. It started with valet parking. Next as we entered the restaurant, which is beautiful decorated, you can see the racks of Tomahawk Steaks aging in their climate controlled coolers. We were seated next to the window. Our server, Brian came over to introduce himself. He was very nice, knowledgeable, he is very good at his job. I ordered the Surf & Turf, it was delicious. The Lobster is huge & the Filet was cooked to perfection. My wife enjoyed her Filet, Baked Potato & Mac ‘n Cheese. For desert my wife got a ice cream sundae & i got the Crème Brûlée. They were both delicious. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience & will return for a very special occasion. We highly recommend 21 Main.

My husband and I dined here for his Birthday last weekend and it was amazing! We had reservations so we were seated right away. Our Server Deneshia was wonderful! She even surprised him with ice cream My husband had the 40oz Tomahawk steak( Medium) he said it was the best steak he’s ever eaten. We also celebrated my Birthday here back in November and our server Troy was just as amazing! If you’ve never been? You have to try it out!

This was singlehandedly the best dinner experience fiance and I have ever had. There was a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere with beautiful live music. The food was incredible and extremely fresh. The service was outstanding and our waiter was so attentive, kind, and helpful. I felt very comfortable as a neurodivergent person and I would definitely recommend checking this place out. The environment was very calm and it was not overstimulating at all. 10/10! You should definitely give them a visit! Thank you so much 21 and Main!

Went here for the 1st time on Wednesday January 14th 2026 to celebrate a birthday. Now before I start, we have never been to a restaurant like this, and it was quite fancy. Note also that this review is about 4-5 Stars. Anyways, we got there- and we chose to vallet our car since it is complentary to our visit. We were greeted by 2 smiling hosts that welcomed us in, and were very friendly. My mom had made the reservation online for 13 people. the host informed us that the table was in fact ready, and we could sit down if we wanted to- but since we were the first ones there, we decided to sit by the bar to have a few drinks while we waited. The bar is located behind the waterfall. Now i actually didn’t have any drinks as I just had water. My parents had drinks though- and they were good. Oh, and if one orders a vodka with sprite- and it taste like club soda, let the bartender know- the soda gun might have ran out and have to be changed. Once changed it was so much better! Bartender was pleasant too. Once everyone arrived, we brought our drinks back to the table and sat down. For our large party, there was 2 waitresses taking care of us- both were friendly. Here lies the 4 stars, I took my water that I was drinking from the bar, and it was in the bar glass, and the waitress older one asked me if it was water that I was drinking.- seemed to be rude about it too, or I took it rudely– If it was me I would have asked for an ID to be shown. Because I look young, but am actually 30. It was indeed water though, as I was drinking water the whole time. Anyways, beside that all was good. We were given a few to look over the menu and they also announced the specials. Also, not sure if it is still going on, but they did also have restaurant week specials that came with an appetizer such as fried calamari, select entree courses like steak and catch of the day, soup or salad, and special sizes like mac and cheese, asparagus, and more! and an dessert. The sides say that it can server 2-3 people, but most of it seemed like personal sides portions. Lots of people in my party got the restaurant week special. As for their regular menu, of course they have steak, and they even have sushi! For entree, I got some specialty roll with tuna and it was very enjoyable! Food came out in a timely manner. Waitresses constantly checked on us, and made sure our waters were refilled. I also tried some of my mom’s mac and cheese, asparagus, and the fried calamari, of all which was very good. even tried her steak which was cooked to perfection and tender! Even the bread served was good and enjoyable. I think trying the sushi was the best part! Oh and for dessert there was cheesecake and creme brelee. Surprised that there was no chocolate options. Some people do prefer chocolate items- just saying. Also i tried my mom’s cheesecake, and didn’t like it. This is a more upscale restaurant and can be pricey. our friend paid the bill so not entirely sure how expensive this trip was for all. However I know my sushi was $25.00. Enjoyed the steak, sushi and sides though, and good food. If invited would come here again, but on my own, probably not. Recommend at least trying this place though!

21 Main offered so many wonderful drinks, dishes, and expertise that, unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy as much of as we wish we could have.

After a long day of being a little too sun-kissed, we ended up at 21 Main for an elegant and enchanting dinner. Our waiter was fantastic, on point, and had a great sense of humor.

The environment and atmosphere of 21 Main really sets the mood for any occasion drinks with friends, a romantic dinner for two, and celebrating a family milestone or occasion.

Very fortunate to have visited 21 Main while in town and hope to visit again real soon!

Awesome brunch for mother’s day! Everything was spot on! The filet was done perfectly! The atmosphere is great with the aging meat on display in multiple cabinets around the restaurant as well as impressive wine displays. Even our 4 year old had a burger that would easily compete with any adult burger anywhere. Def will be returning later this summer!

Visiting Myrtle Beach, we wanted to celebrate our 52nd anniversary someplace nice to eat. We could not have made a better choice. From the moment we arrived, the welcome and service could not have been better. The Chilean Sea Bass was cooked to perfection which we both ordered. The cheesecake was delicious! The sides were enough for two.

Beautiful place! The food was delicious, and the service overall was great. However, the hostess could work on being a bit more welcoming — she acted like we were intruding. A smile would go a long way. Still, I’d definitely return for the food and atmosphere!

Very nice restaurant venue. Food not so much. Chef only knows how to basically over salt everything. Service is good as well. If they can just figure out how to season the food with proper amount of salt and may be learn how other seasonings work they might be on to something.
