To Whom It May Concern,
I recently had the pleasure of visiting 21 Burgers and wanted to express how much I enjoyed the experience. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was also delicious, and I found the prices to be fair and reasonable for the quality.
However, I did want to share a bit of confusion I encountered. According to your listed schedule, the location is open until 12:00 AM. Yet, when I arrived, I was informed that the kitchen closes at 10:30 PM. This was a bit disappointing, as it wasn’t clearly mentioned and can be misleading for customers planning a late visit expecting to order food.
It would be really helpful if this information could be clarified either on your website or signage so that expectations are clear.
Thank you again for the great service and tasty food—I’m definitely looking forward to visiting again (a bit earlier next time!).

Excellent Excellent burgers. Taste , choices and quality will drive you back. Drinks were made perfectly and beer at the perfect temperature. Service with a smile and knowledge of food menu was great. Have to love the stamped logo on the burger bun. Do not drive by this place and not give it a shot.. well worth it and I’m going back!

Food was good we asked for hot sauce they charged me 99c for each very small container of sauce. I couldn’t believe it thank god I didn’t ask for glass of water probably they would have charged me $1.99 for each glass of water. We will never go back there because it’s being operated by a thief.

Worst wings ever, the burgers got a solid review from others in our party.
We had a pile of mishaps with our orders. Order Diet Mountain Dew, get served Diet Pepsi, sent it back. Beware that refills are not free.
Burgers were miss labeled and served wrong.
The wings tasted like they were left over and fried rock hard.
We won’t be visiting again.

My wife and I just walked out the door of this place. I had a wonderful experience. The bartender/ server Shannon was absolutely fantastic. She was super nice and attentive. She sat us down asked us if we had ever been there before and gave us recommendations. What I loved about her was that my wife and I were thinking “when she comes back were gonna ask her for water” and without asking, Shannon is walking from behind the bar with 2 glasses of water. That’s service that i rarely get. Its the little things that matter the most.
She wasn’t kidding when she said the burgers were good! My wife had the smash burger and I had the large wings. The burger was great. The wings were okay. I figured with a place being called 21 burgers and wings, that the wings would be top notch. They weren’t bad, I just expected more, which I shouldn’t have.
All of our food came out nice, hot and fresh. The fries were great, our appetizers were really good too, so no complaints there! I’d recommend this place as like a local spot to go grab a bite and a drink. I’d definitely come back! As long as Shannon is your bartender or server, you’ll have a great time!
The other server that was there with her was really nice too! She helped out with bringing us the food when Shannon was busy at the bar.
The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because we sat outside, and we were practically getting swarmed by bees. I understand that’s not the restaurants fault, but it was a nuisance swatting at the bees as we ate.

Came for a pickup through door dash: I ordered 10 wings with sweet chili Thai sauce, onion rings, vegetarian wings, vegan fried chicken sandwich,
The vegetarian options are trash. Literally the “vegetarian wings” are chicken nuggets (not cauliflower wings) and the vegan sandwich is a boca chicken patty on bread with lettuce and tomato and no ketchup or any sauce. dry.
My friends seemed to like the wings. Not sure if i would order from here again for myself since i don’t have much food options as a vegetarian. But I would recommend to friends. The ambience is typical bar and has some tables if you want to bring a date. The girl who attended me seemed like she was doing everything and was super busy so shout out to her.

Walking in to this place I was immediately and pleasantly overcome by the heavenly aroma of wings and burgers and sauces cooking.
This was my third time here and it has been consistently excellent.
The burgers are five star. Cooked perfectly and juicy not greasy. The bacon is some of the best that I’ve ever had. I actually ask for it on the side so I can enjoy the full flavor of it.
Fries are good. Onion rings good. Boneless wings really good. The food all three times has been fresh and appears to be cooked to order. Loved the burger buns. Toppings all fresh. Great variety of sauces. The special burger was a three patty smash burger that could give any smash burger a run for the money. I loved the super casual atmosphere. The place was very clean as well.
Will return whenever we visit our daughters in Beacon.

We were seated fairly quickly, even though it was very busy. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The burgers were absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. We also had the philly cheese steak spring rolls which were fantastic. Really nice little date spot!!

Visited 21 Burgers tonight and it was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had. We got our drinks and appetizers quickly, but our main dishes took forever. After 30 minutes, the waitress said the food would be out in a couple of minutes. Ten minutes later, she said the same thing. Another ten minutes after that, she apologized saying she had no idea what was happening in the kitchen.
Then another waitress, claiming to be the manager, came over yelling at us instead of apologizing, and asked if we wanted to cancel the order. After 55 minutes, our food finally arrived, delivered by another rude server. When we finished and paid, all three waitresses were still angry and yelling, ending with a sarcastic “Hope you have good holidays.” Completely unacceptable service.
