They serve a handmade Gluten free rigatoni made with spinach and lentil. It has a great taste but it is a strong spinach. It worked perfect with the sausage I added to it.

This was a nice little surprise! We were very pleasantly surprised by the size of the restaurant, the service, and of course the food. Our server and busser were extremely friendly. We ordered the tempura mixed vegetables, the pear and arugula salad, the cacio e pepe pasta, gnocchi with clams (special request, as we didn’t want spaghetti), and the pasta with sausage, thyme and cream sauce. We were celebrating a birthday and we got a free ice cream scoop with a candle. We also ordered the cheesecake. Everything was delicious and well priced. It got very busy toward the end, bit we also managed to get the tagliatelle Bolognese to go. The staff was very accommodating. Thank you!

If you have not been to 2051 Cucina Italiana, I highly encourage you to make a reservation. The food was authentically put together and the best Italian food I have ever had. This restaurant is putting its quality in all the right areas. Focusing on ingredients and flavor profiles rather than quantity. You will have the best dish of your life, every time, on every plate.

Really enjoyed this spot, and no this was not my first time. Burratta and prosciutto for appitizer Specials were ordered (gnocchi in ragu and seafood ravioli.) Creme brulee with citrus for desert . The flavors were spot on and we were so blessed even with the wine selections paired our wonderful waiter had given us.

Very nice place. My mom went here with her clients for some dinner. Delicious. Not kidding. Veggies looked like it’s a pile of dirt but in a good and yummy way, yummy cheese, nice waiter, and other friendly staff. All in all would be back. Ambiance was ok though, not the best, so I gave it a 4.

Well my goodness, what an experience! This place is the real deal. From start to finish some of the best food we’ve ever eaten! Calamari was unique, perfectly cooked and delicious. Pasta was impeccably crafted and clearly made by a very skilled chef. Authentic, unique, and spectacular service! A must visit if in the area. We will be back!
