The experience started poorly when the host continued a personal conversation while I stood waiting to be acknowledged. Although I was eventually seated and offered a better table, the service that followed was disappointing.
The server was inattentive and inconsistent despite the restaurant not being busy. I waited too long for simple things like water with lemon, and there was little to no follow-up. What stood out most was the noticeable difference in service given to other guests compared to mine. At one point, the check was offered from across the room instead of at the table.
The salmon was good (8/10), but hospitality matters. Unfortunately, the service made the overall experience uncomfortable.

5 Stars for food & service! This was my hubby & I first time to 1st Street Deli in Seminole Casino and we had a great experience.
We came late on a week night about 10:30pm and ordered off the late night menu. Our waitress was super friendly and attentive.
The roasted turkey sandwich & potato salad was seriously the best I’ve ever had! My hubby loved his burger topped with an egg & fries were cooked perfectly.
We’ll definitly be back on a regular basis and look forward to coming for breakfast. My only regret is that we didn’t find this place sooner!! ☺

Love this place , food was awesome and reasonable. Loved there pickles they would bring to you . Sandwiches were good. Anything we ate there was very good and tasty and a large portion. To the owners I wish you would open one of these places in harrah’s casino in Murphy nc and in Cherokee nc they need a restaurant like this here. Your restaurant would be packed out. Your prices are very reasonable and food excellent. Service excellent as well. Also come to Chattanooga TNand fort olothorpe GA 10 stars in my book.

I’ll start off by saying I have never liked delis. Recently one of my friends suggested eating at 1st Street Deli while we were at the casino. I’ve always seen this place when I’ve come to CoCo Casino but never have been interested. Because I was with a group of people, we had dinner here. I was not only pleasantly surprised but impressed with how good the food and table service was. And now I understand why I’ve seen people line up to get a table here when I’ve visited the casino. I had the bratwurst, which was served with sauerkraut on a bun as a sandwich and it was excellent. Others in my party got the rack of ribs, an omelette, chicken wings and sandwiches. All meals were excellent and our waiter was attentive and polite. Also, and this is because we’ve tried another restaurant in this casino where the air was very smoky, the air inside 1st Street Deli is well filtered and seems clean compared to the smoke filled casino floor. My final impression of this place was very good, and I no longer care if it’s called a deli or diner or whatever, I know we will be back to try it again soon.

First I would like to say I frequent this casino often and I typically love this Deli but recently I have had 2 back to back bad experiences with the food. I’ordered food to go (a sandwich ) and I specifically asked for it without onion and add mayo. After I left and got back home, I realized they put onion on it and no mayonnaise. It kind of ruined the sandwich because it tasted like onion which I really hate. I was hungry so I thought I could just deal with it but when I started to eat the sandwich the roast beef was tough, chewy and fatty and very dry. It was HORRIBLE. I tried calling and got hung up on TWICE. I didn’t bother calling back a third time because what’s the point. My second visit, they did not give me the item I that I ordered. It’s unfortunate because I truly like this casino but they won’t fix it. I will be disputing the cc charge. I shouldn’t have to pay for 2 mistakes- ridiculous

Had a late dinner while visiting the casino. I had the double cheeseburger with fried egg on top. It was super good. My son had the hot dogs with pastrami and some other type o meat that I can’t recall right now and he loved it. My wife had the meatloaf and she thoroughly enjoyed it as well. The fries were good and the crispy onions were even better. Had the chocolate cake to top it off. Everything was really good. Stop in and enjoy it when you are at the casino. It was also very reasonable. Dinner, drinks and dessert for $69. That’s less than one steak at the steakhouse in the casino. Think about that

HIDDEN GEM… It feels like a New York City deli here. I found this spot on Friday, and I’ve now eaten here Friday, Saturday, and today – Sunday. So far I’ve had the cheeseburger, which was great, and bagels.
While the bagels don’t have that “New York” consistency, they’re not far off. And the flavor is 100%. I’ve had mine with bacon, eggs, and American cheese. Excellent. I’ll review more as I try new things.
Edit: Holy moly the cheeseburger sliders. Best I’ve ever had.

I don’t know why I keep getting food from here! Over the past few months absolutely nothing that I ordered was right. The last three times ordering takeout food. The orders were completely wrong. I ordered burgers today and last week. When I got home, there were no fries and no mushrooms no bacon. The bun was completely soaking wet and inedible. I ordered the black and blue salad. The lettuce was brown. Whoever put the dressings in a small paper bag leaked out all over everything leaving me with no dressing for my salad. The breakfast order the sandwich didn’t have any meat, but I paid for it. And no side with the breakfast sandwich. This has been a continuous issue for the last few months. Absolutely disgusted by this restaurant and we’ll definitely never go back. There is never anybody in the restaurant half of the time and so many staff members standing around doing absolutely nothing watching other people waiting for food. This restaurant needs completely new management. I’ve been in the business for 40 years and I’ve never seen such customer service so poorly executed.
