When husband and wife, Luis and Sofi, speak of their new restaurant, the words “comfortable” and “happy” keep coming up. “It’s a joyful place to come and dine and experience the joyful years of Cuba,” Luis said. “It’s fine dining. It’s Cuban cuisine in a very relaxed and joyful atmosphere.

Love this place. I drove past just once last week and was able to have dinner there this Saturday. BYOB, awesome food, awesome service, cozy and sophisticated! I’m a world traveler and pride myself on experience great dining when home here in the USA as often as possible. Super nice to see some diversity in the neighborhood. Can’t wait to visit again. If you forget your wine this have options for sale and a nice desert option and outdoor dining available.

Everything we had was delicious! Although we did not have a reservation, as we did not know we needed one, they were able to accommodate us in one of their outdoor tables. Since it was a lovely and cool evening, we did not mind. We will definitely return and recommend this place to our friends.

This festive, homey yet special,tasty spot was a date night out. The vibrant colors, lighting and music paired well with excellent food, particularly delicious and unique spices which made this a hot spot. Cozy and fun, the place was fully packed shortly after our arrival. The staff were all perfect. Smiley, friendly, happy and they seemed to enjoy each other’s company too. Everything here was above and beyond, special without being stuffy or snobby. Would come back in heartbeat, and want to try to leave room for dessert too. The story on the wall of how this place came to be was touching. Empanadas, salmon and paella were quite delicious.

Carnitas, yuca rellena, the rabo/ oxtail and rope vieja all delish. Carnitas were nice and tender with less fat than expected , in a good way, and paired perfectly with the pickled onions. The yuca rellena was crispy , not greasy, and filled with a proportionate amount of oxtail and yuca to taste both in each bite. The ropa vieja is definitely one of the best I had! The oxtail was the type of dish you enjoy silently in the very best way.

Wed heard great things. 8pm reservation for my birthday. At 815 I politely checked in with the host and he very rudely told me that all the people around me were waiting too (I know your job is stressful but the rudeness was unnecessary.) Food was meh (lacked flavor.) We ordered and everyone around us who ordered after us got served long before us. Server was nice but cook forgot our appetizer and it was basically served to us as dessert. Not ideal.

Love this restaurant! The owner and manager was so nice to my party of 15. They even sat with us and chatted! The oxtails was market price ($40) when i had it back in May 2022 but it was really good! We sat outdoors and it was in the 70s so the temperature was just right! I think everyone pretty much cleaned their plate! I should’ve taken pictures before we digged in!

I absolutely love this spot. A new favorite on my list. The atmosphere is low key, but somehow still elegant, both inside and out. The customer service is surreal. They definitely make you feel catered to. Every single thing on the menu is delicious and it’s BYOB, so a great place to bring your favorite wine. Highly recommended
