We had an incredible dining experience at 1919 Restaurant! We did the 4-course tasting menu and every dish was outstanding. For the first course, we had the tuna and the lobster — the lobster was my favorite of the night, perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our second course was the risotto and gnocchi, both rich and beautifully balanced. For the main course, we tried the dorado fish and the lamb — each dish was plated like art and tasted just as amazing. Dessert was the perfect finish: the pan con chocolate and pumpkin bread pudding were decadent without being too sweet.
The restaurant itself is stunning — elegant with ocean views — and the service was exceptional. William and Joshua took incredible care of us all evening; they were so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The wine list is extensive with excellent options across all price points, making it easy to find the perfect pairing.
A must-visit fine dining experience in San Juan. Can’t wait to come back!

Top notch service by the team. Excellent food preparation but the very small but filling portions of fine dining. Palette cleansers and breads provided. The salted French butter is a must. The NY beef main is about 5 ounces but was cooked perfectly and sat in tasty bone marrow. Wine and drink prices are over the top driving the bill way up. With 2 drinks each expect to pay about $250/person.

Came in on a quiet night and was not disappointed. I have a gluten allergy so usually multiple courses can be challenging for options. They told me everything that I could have and made accommodations.
The meal was delicious and the drinks and service were too. It is more laid back from a service perspective but that gives you plenty of opportunity for good discussion with the people you dine with.

This is a beautiful Michelin Star restaurant. We stopped for cocktails only. The ambiance was lovely. There was a lovely singer who kept everyone entertained. The service was impeccable, when being served. However, the area was not busy and the staff was either in the back or meandering. We sat with empty glasses for over 45 minutes. Attempts to get staff attention were responded with a nod or smile, but did not come over. I watched 2 groups of people sit at the empty table behind us, then leave without being greeted.

The four-course menu was amazing from start to finish, but the branzino was next-level; perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The mocktail pairings were just as impressive, creative, and perfectly matched to each dish. The staff made the night even better E and A (I’ve forgotten their names!) were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had.

Went for their Mother’s Day Brunch event and I’d say the food was great, the highlight for me was the New York Strip and the Raviolo. I also have to say, the portions were super appropriate and filling. And also the service was top notch, lot of staff paying attention to our table. I appreciate being so accommodating in the reservations and the dietary restrictions.

To my surprise this restaurant had some excellent food and the Chayote salad was the best salad I have ever eaten in my life!!! Even more amazing was the service, I had the pleasure of being waited on by this very sweet and professional girl by the name of Imar, she was special with and made me feel important, and her knowledge of the menu was impressive. At the end of meal she introduced me to chef Eric who prepared my delicious food, he was very kind and even shared a recipe with me!!!!! Super nice people, I highly recommend you visit them!

The best meal I’ve had in a long time. Portions are perfect, everything had an exceptional taste. We went with William’s recommendations and it made the experience even better. The staff was kind, the atmosphere was sophisticated. It was coursed out to a perfect timing. And the to go home banana bread was even better! You’ve got to eat here!
