We did not have food. We went on the tour for my husbands birthday. He enjoyed it thoroughly. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. There is lots of nostalgia, parts of the building have been renovated to reflect the period it was established. The tour itself is interesting and enjoyable, we enjoyed learning the beer and spirits making process. There are samples and a drink at the bar. What more can you ask for?

Beautiful beautiful interior. Absolutely the best tater tots I’ve ever had. The Mozzarella sticks were also incredible. Came here just to stop in and see what it looked like and so happy we stayed for a quick drink/snack! We also had wonderful service. Our server, Isaiah, was incredibly sweet, quick, and efficient! I am so beyond satisfied. He was attentive, recommended food and was damn right about the suggestions, and made sure we left smiling.

The menu is simple but fantastic (good burgers).
The crew working have always been friendly.
You can go on a brewery tour but it’s not cheap, $20 a head. They will take you through the brewery and show off some cool stuff but it’s the most expensive tour I’ve encountered ($40) per couple.
Get a flight to enjoy the samples the brewery makes but a UC at the source will be nice.
Check out the gift shop too, for some nice swag.

Always a good time, been to this music venue 4x. Good policing, security, staff, and place to be in the summer for concert series! Crowds can be a little immature and surroundings have gotten a little more shady in the past 5 years

This is our 3rd or 4th visit to Saranac when we are in the area. We had a great time. The tavern upstairs is odd. We didn’t have cash so purchased tokens downstairs. Can’t leave a tip when trading tokens for drinks so it’s bizarre and feel bad for the bartenders. Bartenders were fabulous and loved the variety and selection. We did a brewery tour a few years ago and loved the history and ambiance of the building.

We went on the brewery tour last Saturday. I brought some family and friends from Albany & Rochester. Erica was our tour guide. She made the entire experience outstanding. She has excellent presentation skills and puts some humor into her presentation. She got the entire group to interact and was extremely educated in the history of the company. She was safety conscious and made the entire visit a great experience!

My favorite brewery in the country… a new york transplant to California.. Ive tasted and been to so many breweries in California and nothing compares to Saranac. This is a family place that is so close to my heart, and for sure is a staple to Upstate NY and the USA… my great uncle used to work here, my familys from here, and my cousin currently works here, and I couldnt be prouder of him and the work he does.. we all care… the history here is our history. We love this place dearly and I cant wait to come back… here you taste true greatness in hops, freshness, and passion.

The brewery tour is worth checking out. The outdoor beer garden is a really nice upgrade. You can play darts and cornhole. Plenty of food options too.
