Part of the beautiful Beaumont hotel in which stayed October 15-18. It was so convenient for my husband to run down and grab a DELICIOUS ham and cheese croissant, flaky and warm. I paired it with a “Pine Nut” latte which was hazelnut and toffee nut infused. As you can see, the location is also a treat for the eyes!

What was supposed to be a quick coffee stop turned into over an hour wait for a single croissant to be heated. The cashier seemed to find it funny when we asked if it was ready and had a rude, dismissive attitude the entire time. Orders were completely out of order, people who arrived 30 minutes after us got theirs within minutes. The poor barista kept apologizing, only for the cashier to tell her “don’t say sorry.” Mind you we only ordered 3 drinks and the croissant.

I was in need of a quick caffeine boost, and 1886 Coffee proved to be the perfect spot for just that! While we weren’t hungry enough to indulge in any of the delicious-looking pastries on display, there was certainly no shortage of tempting treats to choose from. We were lucky enough to snag a cozy table by the window, offering a wonderful view of Main Street, framed by the backdrop of the mountains. The charming, rustic ambiance of the café, filled with antique touches and old-world character, made the experience all the more delightful. The coffee itself was fantastic—rich, smooth, and exactly what I needed. I can’t wait to return, and next time, I’ll definitely save room for the sweets!

They have a great selection of specialty lattes! My favorite part is they do not make them too sweet – you still taste the espresso just with some additional flavorings. Though the place was busy at 10am on Labor Day Weekend the service was friendly and quick. The banana bread with coconut cream was delicious, fresh, and a perfect pair with coffee.

Great all around.
There is parking out front. The interior is spacious and there are plenty of seats inside and out. The view is great to the mountains. There are a lot of options on the menu, and the food is good. The young lady at the front was very welcoming and helpful. Bathrooms are at the hotel and are clean.
Highly recommend stopping by this coffee place.

This place is cute, but the vibe sucked.
We were told that this is
NOT a “child friendly establishment”
*HAS kids toys in said establishment*
Nothing is advertised or mentioned about children being an issue at this place. Children were surrounded by adults and not causing any commotion anywhere in this establishment. Manager talks to children in a rude manner without consulting parents, EXTREMELY RUDE. I wouldn’t spend another penny at this place after our experience here. Especially after we paid as much as we did. Extremely disappointed.

Great atmosphere, fun decor and art. There’s not a large selection of bakery goods, but has a breakfast menu to choose from. Their beverage selection was varied, but there were no prices listed on the beverage menu, not sure why.
