I came here with my sister and best friend after walking around Plainwell. We were just looking for a quick bite and didn’t have any expectations, as we’d never been here before. It definitely did not disappoint!! Our server Jodie was very kind and helpful! I ordered the buffalo chicken dip, which was absolutely delicious. I tried my friend’s grilled cheese and my sister’s chicken caesar wrap, and both were amazing. I definitely recommend this if you’re in the area!

Very happy to see Plainwell’s history Incorporated into this welcoming “watering hole.”
We moved away almost 40 years ago, so always looking for locally owned places when we return.
Beer and wine choices are excellent, soups are worth dining here all on their own. The onion rings are made on site with the right batter and knowledge to keep the batter from sliding off at the first bite.
We both had the Buffalo chicken straps and recommend if you like spicy!
Friendly and helpful service from Blake made us feel welcome.
We are recommending to everyone we know, and yes it is worth a drive out from Portage and Kalamazoo, especially the evenings with entertainment.

We came on a fairly busy Friday evening but were able to get a table right away and didn’t have long waits for any of our food. Our server was totally on top of things and very kind. The food was excellent and the menu had a lot of variety, and still had a cohesive feel. I love the way they live into the community with live local musicians and groups, and the special tables with local business info etched in. 4/5 for atmosphere simply because it’s a small, tight space and can get loud even when it’s not packed, but even then, it gives the feel of a vibrant local spot that is really sought after. Thanks for a great experience!

Great atmosphere, the menu is amazing and great prices for food and drinks! The wait staff is kind and attentive (shout out to Brittany she’s been amazing everytime!) truly love this bar and has become a regular dinner and drinks spot! Highly recommend trying their drink specials as well!!!

So ive never tried the food before but as an avid google food review person ppl love to tip me with food when I do readings or Aesthetician work on faces. Im all for it anyway I just have to say I was brought the best club wrap , kind of reminded me of T.E. Merches? back in the 80s. If any of you were lucky to have dined at it when it used to be Southland mall you know. This was amazing the sauces were amazing . Now I need a menu. I do have a registered service dog . Ill gladly be in.

Stopped by for a drink and a snack (Buffalo chicken soup and Cajun fries w/Beer Cheese) to kill some time while our kid had an activity. Evan was great. He provided awesome service and a great playlist.

Food was good but nothing really special about it. Staff was friendly, and attentive, especially for how busy it was. At 8pm there was only one open table. Seating area is a little cramped but everyone was respectful about it. Will definitely go back.
