Romana was an amazing bartender who created such a warm and welcoming environment from the moment we sat down. She made outstanding cocktails that were not only delicious but clearly crafted with care and skill. Romana initiated great conversation and made everyone feel comfortable and appreciated. You could genuinely tell she loved serving us and took pride in her work. Her energy and personality truly elevated the entire experience. We’ll definitely be back because of her.

Romana was an amazing bartender and provided an amazing service. I have never met someone that is more knowledgeable about alcohol. Drinks were made quickly without feeling rushed, and every cocktail was well-balanced and thoughtfully prepared. Romana is the best and I can’t wait to visit here again.

I recently visited College Station for a History Conference at Texas A&M. I stayed at The George Hotel and they had a bar past the front desk. I tried a couple of drinks out in the 2 days. I tried the Sour Hour and the Famous 1791 Old Fashion.
The Sour Hour drink was recommended by the male bartender that was working on Thursday night. He was very knowledgeable and kind. It wasn’t too strong, great ratio from alcohol to juices. I will get that again.
On Friday night, I went down to the bar again to try another drink. This time, I can’t leave College Station without trying the 1791 Old Fashioned. All I can say is this particular drink is in my top 3 hands down and I had many old fashions in my time working at my current job (on my day offs, of course). They put a teaspoon of brown sugar to tone down the strength of the Whiskey (Buffalo Trace) but not for the Whiskey to lose it’s purpose. I will most certainly get it again.
They also have a food menu just in case you want to order something to eat. Next time I’m in College Station and staying at The George Hotel, I’m coming back. Good job everyone that worked, this past Thursday and Friday night.

My favorite bar in town. The service from Tori is exceptional every time and she makes the best espresso martini in town! I don’t have enough good to say about this place. Go check ‘em out and ask for Tori!

Passion Star Martini & an Old Fashioned to end our dinner date. Super cute area. Valet was under $6.
Was super quiet and dark inside the bar itself so we enjoyed our drinks outside by the pool.
My hubs loves an old fashioned and I love a frothy martini – drinks were good.
(Ran us about $40 with tip included)

Had a drink at the bar and was served by the loveliest bartender! Her name was Romana, and she was very attentive and so sweet. The drinks were also very well made and promptly served. Great experience with Romana!

Torey and Braden (sp for both?) are rockstars! Great service from them (plus a perfect martini for a Vitamin V connoisseur) and the food was on point! Had the empanadas, prosciutto pizza, and the chicken sando – besides the misunderstanding of is it for “here” or the “the room” (which both handled with aplomb) everything was excellent and the child loved the empanadas
Nice and quiet during the holiday break, too.
Great stay at The George and wonderful dinner and cocktails at 1791
