What a great find. Perfect little brunch spot with a great staff and delicious food. The charming venue lends itself to lingering over every bite and the owners are more than happy to pop over and chat. The restaurant continues to evolve and looking forward to sharing their vision in future visits. Don’t pass on dessert, the chess pie with oatmeal crust is to die for.

What a special little place to enjoy a quiet meal with dear friends. I asked our delightful server if substitutions were permitted, hating to be THAT customer, and lo, her husband, the chef materialized at my elbow, inquiring carefully about my dietary preferences. I just regretfully asked about limiting my beloved sweets and starches. “Surprise me,” I suggested. His duck breast was exquisite, and the Brussels sprouts were excellent. My stolen tastes from nearby plates proved my fine meal was no lucky fluke. My friends and I lingered long, enjoying conversation without feeling hurried or out-competed by other diners or tv. A little delicate classical music added to the evening’s serenity. Menu prices were on par with other local good restaurants, but at least a star better. Highly recommended, and then some!

It has been a long time since I have not eaten the best lamb, well, it happened here in 1775 American Bistro in Dec 2018. The chef Glen and his wife were wonderful, down to earth people, I left with my family with a good memory that stayed with us for days. I hope they never moved to any other place far from us. We will give you another visit soon to experience other tasty dishes. Congratulations.
