We recently hosted our company Christmas party at 16 Prime, and it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional, and every single item we enjoyed was top-tier. From perfectly crafted drinks to the appetizers, salads, main courses, and sides—everything was executed flawlessly.
The drinks were spot on all night, and the steaks were incredibly tender—so much so that I had no trouble cutting my leftovers the next day with a plastic knife. That alone says everything about the quality.
And the desserts? Unforgettable. The PB Pie and Coconut Bomb Cake truly lived up to their names—absolute showstoppers and the perfect ending to an amazing meal.
16 Prime delivered an elevated dining experience that impressed our entire group. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to celebrate, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

We’ve been to 16 Prime several times now and it never disappoints. The food is seriously next-level, but what really makes this place stand out is the service. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with friendly faces. Matt is our go-to server and he’s phenomenal. He’s personable, attentive, and makes every visit feel like he is stoked you’re there. I also love that each server has an assistant to help keep things running smoothly without ever feeling overbearing. Ella nailed it last night.
Last night’s special, wagyu and shrimp, was on another level of decadent. The lobster bisque could easily stand as a meal on its own, and the appetizers are just as impressive (the brussel sprouts are a personal favorite). The portions are all huge and you really cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. It’s been so thoughtfully curated.
We’re so glad Denver has a place like this. Even though the service is fine dining caliber, the vibe is warm, welcoming, and never pretentious. 16 Prime is the perfect balance of elegance and comfort.

My wife and I went for the first time recently, and the experience was quite nice. We shared the 16 Prime Chopped Salad, which is more than enough for two people. I had the Chilean Sea Bass with the Miso Sake Glaze (highly recommend), and my wife had the Seared Scallops, which were also delicious, but the accompanying jalapeno cream corn was the unexpected hero. The fresh bread and butter at the start were delicious, and I recommend trying a seasonally inspired cocktail. If possible, get seated with Roger as he is delightful.

Took my wife for a lovely date night and we enjoyed everything.
From the person opening the door, the booking experience, attentiveness to get you a table very quick and the cordial demeanor of the two waiters that took care of us. Thank you Josh and Matthew for setting up everything of us to have a great night.
Matthew was very knowledgeable and came several times to our table to ensure we didn’t run out of water or bread. And he made some good recommendations on the drinks and dishes.
My wife had the salmon and I ordered Ribeye. All was delicious.
We are looking for another date night on this restaurant.

Visited for the first time this evening and have nothing but great things to say. The service and food were both excellent. They pay attention to the smallest details; like coming back from the restroom to find my purse hung on a purse hook at the table by the hostess. The quality of the food and pricing were great and much better than some of the overpriced trendy places in Charlotte. Will definitely be back. Kudos to the front of the house and culinary team.

Friendly and well staffed that give an air of New York dining with their crisp white shirts and black ties.
The decor is beautiful and tasteful.
It was full of patrons but the noise level where we sat as a table of four was not an issue.
Our food came out a little slow but not terribly so. It came out as ordered. My steak was done to perfection and was delicious.
My husband and I could have easily shared a salad and entree. Actually, the salad could have easily served at least three.
Everything was delicious including the bread with sweetened butter.
A little pricey for Denver but worth it. Will definitely be going back!

Food was amazing and came out fast on a Friday, plus staff was super friendly. Can’t do 5 stars because they were 10 minutes late for our reservation and our server was a ghost most of the meal. She was very nice when she was there, but no checkback after the food came so we just never received the condiments we wanted. Plus our drinks were out for over 15 minutes before she came back, at which point we just ordered another round with the check. We received the check but not the drinks, then she disappeared for another ten minutes before we had to track her down at the host stand where we realized, she clearly forgot we existed. I’ll probably come back, nice to have a place like this in Denver, she just needs better training and feedback.

We dined in on 11/30. We had a wonderful experience…I had the flounder, which was very good and my husband had the filet (he said was excellent). The espresso martini was delicious. We shared with the waitress (who was so super sweet) that the Mac and cheese still needed a little work but the rock shrimp more than made up for it (can we get this stuff to go!!??). We’ll be back to try everything…I’m so excited to have an upscale restaurant 5 minutes from our house!!!!

Severely lacking in the service and cleanliness department. We had high expectations given the price and reviews of this place. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seated promptly. A waiter assistant came to our table and got us water and assured us our waiter would be with us shortly. About ten minutes later we were attempting to lock eyes with anyone who worked there that walked by including a manager, multiple waiter assistants, wait staff and no one came to the table. Fifteen minutes in we were finally greeted by our waiter. Drinks took ten more minutes to arrive at the table. Glassware on the table was not polished and had water stains and fingerprints, lighting above the tables also were dirty and covered in dust, after dinner we waited twenty minutes for our waiter to return to the table to provide us with a desert menu. This was not offered we had to request it. For $400 including a tip you expect better. You expect polished glasses, and a cleanly environment and prompt service.

My wife and I went to 16 Prime to celebrate our anniversary. The place recently opened in a former Italian restaurant in Denver. It was a complete renovation. Very well done and elegant. Our table was decorated with rose petals for the occasion which was a nice touch. We opened with a bottle of Seeker Pinot Grigio. We shared a huge Cesar salad. I ordered the scallops (Maine harvested, asparagus, jalapeno creamed corn). The creamed corn was fantastic. The jalapeno was not overpowering and added just a hint of flavor. The scallops were perfect, not over cooked and chewy. The asparagus was fat and a bit woody. My wife ordered chili crusted salmon (Black urfa chili crusted, Antarctic salmon, fingerling potatoes, sauteed spinach, squash puree). She frequently orders salmon and thought this was very good. We also ordered sauteed Crimini mushrooms (Garlic, shallots, demi glaze). The servings were generous. I included a picture of what we took home for a second dinner.
Paige was our server, and she was fantastic. She was attentive without being intrusive and very knowledgeable about the creative menu.
There is covered outside seating and free parking.
