15c is a wine bar and restaurant owned and operated by Cal Poly graduate and advanced Sommelier Ali Rush. Alis started 15c as a senior project and has been in business for 16 years. 15c specializes in International wines mainly Spain, France and Italy with as well as offers an amazing selection of tapas to pair. Weekly events include happy hour, live music, industry day and 30% off bottle days.

We stopped by for coffee which wasn’t terrible as most flavors and ingredients were out. Service was good. I’d return for the wine shop scene since it had a nice setup for that both inside and out. Outdoor seating was nice.

It’s a good experience every time I visit. They are always so nice and offer samples of all the beers on tap before you make your choice. High quality, tasty bites to eat to go with your drinks. Great smaller patio to hang out on.

I unfortunately had a disappointing experience at this wine bar. The staff was not only rude but also seemed quite snobby, and it felt like they have their own circle, which made the atmosphere quite unwelcoming. The overall ambiance and service did not meet my expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my visit. I hope they work on their customer service to improve the experience for future guests.

My wife and I were in the mood for a good Charcuterie board and this place came up on our search.
We were greeted by Kim who was amazing. She took our order and then guided us through what we were having, She then offered suggestions and gave us a couple of samples of other things that were not on the board so that we could experience the whole thing.
It was not busy so we had the pleasure of talking with Kim for some time and this made it an overly enjoyable time for us. We will certainly be back the next time we are on the coast.

I had a great time at 15 degrees C in SLO. I met a friend there and we had a nice charcuterie board and some great sparking rose! The atmosphere is upscale but warm. They have many choices of wine available for taste and to buy by the bottle. I was shocked that we were the only ones there for 2 hours, I do realize it was a Thurs. at lunch time. I would love to return again in the evening, they have a cozy fireplace inside and some outdoor seating with fire pits as well.
